| Motivational oral evaluation takes language as the carrier,guided by motivation concepts,and uses positive incentives such as encouragement and praise,as well as negative incentives such as motivational criticism,to stimulate students’ learning motivation,mobilize their enthusiasm for learning,give full play to their initiative,and cultivate good learning habits and inherent learning qualities.The Chinese classroom is a cultural environment constructed using the national common language.Oral language is a powerful communication tool between teachers and students.Using motivational oral evaluation has unique language advantages.Encouraging oral evaluation is guided by teaching objectives and promotes the development of students’ core language literacy.This article uses the literature analysis method to sort out the research results on motivation theory,classroom evaluation,and motivational oral evaluation both at home and abroad.Guided by reinforcement theory,communicative behavior theory,and goal theory,through classroom observation,student questionnaires,and teacher interviews,we have a deep understanding of the current situation of motivational oral evaluation in Chinese classroom teaching in grade six primary schools.We have found that there are not only reasonable aspects to using motivational oral evaluation in the teaching process,but also inappropriate use of motivational criticism,incomplete evaluation content,and single evaluation object,the evaluation language is simple and general,and the evaluation opportunity is unified.The main reasons are due to subjective factors such as teachers’ inappropriate evaluation concepts,insufficient evaluation abilities,and weak awareness of research,as well as external factors such as the organizational form of class teaching system,the contradiction between teaching tasks and classroom time,and the solidification of traditional teaching methods.Based on this,this article proposes optimization strategies to improve the teaching effect of primary school Chinese classroom from five aspects:scientifically using motivational oral evaluation methods,enriching motivational oral evaluation content,reasonably treating motivational oral evaluation objects,independently refining motivational evaluation language,and actively creating opportunities for students to participate in motivational oral evaluation. |
