| Labor is the most basic human practice.Labor not only creates human beings themselves,but also creates spiritual and material wealth outsides human beings.This environment is not only the limit of human development,but also the condition of human development.With the continuous progress of productivity,people tend to develop in an all-round and free way in the future.It is based on the Marxist theory of all-round human development,the new era education policy emphasizes labor education especially.Accelerate the implementation of the five education,to promote the all-round development of people to lay a policy foundation.Now,under the guidance of the Central Committee of the State Council on comprehensively strengthening labor education in colleges and schools in the new era,curriculum standards for labor education in primary and secondary schools have been introduced and implemented.How to implement primary school labor education more effectively,internalize the core quality of primary school students constantly,has been a key issue to further promote primary school labor education.This paper is based on the core literacy perspective,a perspective on the current situation and problems of primary school labor education,put forward the strategy of promoting primary school labor education.Recent years our country has attached more and more importance to our labor education.Our country has been continuing to introduce corresponding policies since2015.No matter from the macro perspective of social development,national development or micro level of individual development,labor education is obviously a new wave in the process of national education reform.Meanwhile,the development of core accomplishment provides a new guide and direction for the implementation of labor education,and promote the progress and development of mankind.But the problems of labor education in practical teaching are also more prominent.Based on the analysis of a number of literature review and previous relevant papers,the paper uses a variety of research methods and find out the existing problems in elementary school students’ labor education: the deviation in the concept of labor education;lack of professional labor education teachers;the content of labor education is unreasonable with that time;the labor education system is not perfect.And the above problems are analyzed: the concept of implementing labor education exists misunderstanding;insufficient investment in labor education;lack of experience in labor education;the labor education mechanism is not smooth.Finally,this paper combines the relationship between school,family,society and labor education and core literacy,the corresponding strategies are proposed:renew the value concept of labor education;strengthen the development of labor education and teachers;improve the implementation of labor education resources;strengthen labor education conditions;establish a cooperative mechanism for labor education. |
