An Experimental Study On Pilates Training To Enhance The Core Strength Of Candidates In Sports Dance Art

Strength quality is an important part of the basic quality of sports dance,is the essential elements and basic guarantee of dancers,especially the core strength.As a new project of art college entrance examination,dancesport is favored by more and more art examinees.With the increase of the number of people taking the art exam,the difficulty of the art exam also increases,which requires the dancesport examinees to master the basic skills of various dances and good performance,but also need to have a good physical quality.The core strength is extremely important in dancesport.Traditional physical training is easy to cause sports injuries to students,because traditional physical training focuses on high intensity,repetition and long-term.This is not only not targeted and students training mostly scattered,using such a way to improve the physical quality is often counterproductive.Therefore,traditional training methods must be improved in order to effectively help students improve their physical fitness.In this paper,the following methods are mainly used in the research: literature method,logical analysis method,teaching experiment method,etc.30 students from Grade 2021 of No.7 Middle School in Fuyang City were tested as experimental objects,and then the role of Pilates training in improving students’ core strength was studied according to the test results.The experimental process was divided into experimental group and control group.The traditional training method was used in the control group,while the Pilates training method was used in the experimental group.The test period was 12 weeks.After the end of the experiment,relevant data of the experimental group and the control group were collected to analyze the effect of Pilates training on the core strength of dancessport candidates and analyze its mechanism,so as to find the most suitable Pilates training method for students in this way to help improve the teaching in the future.Through the data:(1)After 12 weeks of experiment,it was found that Pilates training significantly improved the core strength of students.In the index test,five indexes of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of experiment,the results showed that Pilates training had a particularly significant effect on improving the specific technical level of dancesport candidates.Observation of five special technical tests found that the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Pilates training is better than traditional physical training in improving dancesport candidates’ level and special technical level.According to the test results,the following suggestions are made:(1)Pilates training can be appropriately added to the training to improve the core strength of dancesport candidates.So as to improve the performance of candidates in sports dance art.(2)Traditional physical training and pilates training can be combined.It can not only improve the training efficiency,but also enrich the teaching process.Further improve students’ concentration,so as to improve students’ learning enthusiasm.
