| Promoting the reform and development of compulsory education teaching is an important topic in school martial arts education.In 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Compulsory Education and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education,which pointed out that "we should strengthen the role of the main front in the classroom and focus on solving the problem of low quality of classroom teaching",which provided impetus and direction for the popularization and inheritance of Taijiquan at the compulsory stage.The scientific formulation of policies stems from the difficulties in practice.In school curriculum teaching,especially in junior high school curriculum teaching,students’ action expression tends to be operational and lack of vitality,which is specifically reflected in: students only focus on the teaching of technical action routes and action structures,lack of understanding of the offensive and defensive connotation of action drills,and focus only on the external surface form,rather than the internal offensive and defensive consciousness,The main reason is that the teaching design is lack of pertinence and rationality,showing the characteristics of "de martial arts combat".Therefore,the purpose of this study is to focus on the teaching design of Taijiquan in junior high school,explore the teaching methods to improve the offensive and defensive expressiveness in Taijiquan drills,in order to improve the current situation of students’ weak offensive and defensive expressiveness when practicing Taijiquan,and then provide inspiration for Taijiquan teaching in junior high school,and help the smooth inheritance of Taijiquan in schools.By using research methods such as literature,interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,etc.,we can find out the main factors that affect the offensive and defensive expressiveness,explore targeted teaching methods to improve the offensive and defensive expressiveness of Taijiquan,and further verify its operability and reliability through teaching experience.Based on this,the following research results and conclusions are drawn:Research results(1)After the experiment,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the integration of offensive and defensive awareness.There was a large gap between the two groups in the integration of offensive and defensive awareness,and the integration of offensive and defensive awareness of the experimental group was better than the control group.(2)After the experiment,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of strength performance.The strength performance or power generation during the exercise is better than the control group.The strength expression of the experimental group is better than the control group.(3)There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the aspects of essence,qi and spirit after the experiment.The performance of the experimental group in body posture,eyes and other aspects of essence,qi and spirit is generally better than the control group.(4)There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the use of body method after the experiment.The body method performance of the two groups is generally different,and the experimental group is better than the control group.(5)There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the level of technical action after the experiment.The level of technical action in the experimental group is better than that in the control group.research conclusion(1)With the teaching procedure of "true martial arts practice-move breaking exercise-demonstration,explanation and imitation-strength exercise-consolidation and improvement",the offensive and defensive expressiveness of Taijiquan can be effectively improved through the offensive and defensive expressiveness exercise method of "integration of offensive and defensive awareness,strength exercise method,essence and spirit exercise method,and body method exercise method".(2)The four dimensions of "attack and defense awareness,strength,spirit and body method" have a major impact on the attack and defense expressiveness of Taijiquan,so the exercise method of attack and defense expressiveness is constructed with these four dimensions.(3)The application of the teaching method of improving the offensive and defensive expressiveness of Taijiquan can effectively weaken the phenomenon that students tend to exercise seriously and the connotation of offensive and defensive is weak during action drills,which can provide an effective example for Taijiquan teaching. |
