Research purpose:The isokinetic muscle strength test system and three-dimensional force measuring table were used to test and analyze the muscle strength of hip, knee and ankle flexor and extensor muscle group and lower limb explosive force of female tennis players in Jiangsu Province,so as to provide some reference for targeted training for athletes and reduce the occurrence of sports injuries.Study method: Through the hip, knee and ankle of the female tennis players’ muscle strength test system, the subjects were tested to squat down and squat down, and 6 tennis students were recruited as the control group of this experiment.Study results: 1)At angular velocity of 60 / s and 180 / s,the relative peak torque of the ankle plantarflexor group was higher than that of the student group, and the ankle plantarflexion and dorsiflexion were higher than the student group at 240 / s(P <0.01);at angular velocity of 60 / s,the peak torque of the ankle group was higher than that of the student group(P <0.01).2)At the angular velocity of 60 / s and 180 / s,the relative peak torque of the knee extensor group was higher than the student group, and the speed of 240 / s(P <0.01);the peak flexion and extension torque ratio was higher than the female tennis players(P <0.01);the knee at 180 / s and 240 / s with no significant difference(P> 0.01).3)At the angular velocity of 180 / s,the relative peak torque of the hip extensor group is higher than that of the student group, and the relative flexion and extension torque of the hip joint is higher than the students at 240 / s(P <0.01);at the 60 / s,the peak ratio of the hip joint torque is higher than that of the special class(P <0.01).4)In SJ and CMJ tests, the relative peak power and impulse of longitudinal jump were higher than that of the student group(P <0.01),while the soaring height and take-off speed index were slightly higher than that of the special class, but there was no significant difference(P> 0.01).research conclusion:1.The muscle strength and rapid strength of the three joints are higher than those of tennis students, while the flexor muscle strength is relatively weak.2.The balance performance of female tennis players at hip and ankle joint flexion and extensor forces at 60°/s speed was better than that of the student group. At an angular velocity of 60°/s,female tennis players are at risk of strain on the posterior thigh muscles; At speeds of 180°/s and 240°/s,there was no significant difference in the balance performance of the lower limb three joints in the athlete group and the student group.3.The analysis of the air height and take-off speed index of the longitudinal jump test found that the female tennis players did not show higher lower limb explosive force than the tennis students.
