| Background: Lunge is currently one of the most important technical actions of badminton, the use rate is also the highest of all technical actions, although there has been a more adequate research foundation, but the current badminton lunge movement biomechanics related research has not more in-depth discussion of the mechanism and law of the action, therefore, lunge action system analysis method and more detailed,in-depth action pattern analysis is very necessary, which can effectively improve the level of athletes’ competition, and prevent the occurrence of sports injuries. Objective: Based on the previous research, this study further explores the mechanical characteristics and action rules of lunge through sports biomechanics research,to provide a theoretical basis for athletes’ sports training and injury prevention, aiming to improve the competitive level of athletes and reduce sports injuries caused by lunges. Methods: In this study,8professional athletes were selected to carry out the mechanical experiment of lunge before the net,and the biomechanical parameters of the athletes’ lunge movement were analyzed by Vicon and Visual3 D and other software, and the data of the ground reaction force, joint force, joint moment and joint angle of the athlete’s lunge were collected, and the action stages of the lunge were divided by the ground reaction force,so as to analyze and study the differences between the three types of pre-net lunge movements commonly used in actual combat, and also to analyze the relationship between different parameters,in order to find the biomechanical characteristics of lunge movements and the laws of movements.Research conclusions and suggestions:(1)This study summarizes the stage division method applicable to lunge, and future studies of badminton lunge can use the A landing impact buffer stage;B weight load buffer phase;C pedal the ground power stage to divide.(2)The smaller lunge flexion angle is conducive to preventing knee joint injury, and it is necessary to strengthen the muscle strength related to the knee joint. In addition, the poor stability of the ankle joint will have an impact on the level of competition, and the stability of the ankle joint in lunges should be improved by strengthening the function of dorsiflexion and valgus of the ankle joint.(3)The hip joint plays a leading role when bearing the load and pedaling the ground, the knee joint only plays a leading role when the ground is pressed, and the movement of the joint mainly occurs in the sagittal plane of the joint. It is necessary to focus on stretching and massaging the quadriceps muscles and hamstrings to relax to prevent muscle strain and joint damage. |
