Teaching Practice And Research Of Primary School Ceramics Course With Aesthetic Education As The Orientatio

In April 2022,the Ministry of Education officially announced the art curriculum standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),marking the official entry of art education into the era of core literacy in China’ s compulsory education stage.The four core competencies of art courses include aesthetic perception,artistic expression,creative practice and cultural understanding.As the new generation of art teachers,while understanding the specific content and ideas of the new curriculum standards,we should also keep up with the pace of change,try to explore how future schools,teachers and students,and art courses will adjust and actively adapt to the new requirements of core literacy,cultivate socialist successors with good personality,perfect personality,and solid knowledge.The importance of aesthetic education work cannot be ignored.Ceramic art has always occupied a place in compulsory education in primary and secondary schools due to its own characteristics.Ceramic art is a diverse form of art that integrates art,seal cutting,carving,and other techniques,providing a fun learning environment for elementary school students.It allows them to experience the charm of art in the world of ceramic art,and to experience,understand,appreciate,and express beauty through exquisite ceramic works.Learning pottery not only helps children develop hand eye coordination skills while also promoting the growth and development of left and right brain cells.In addition,the regional cultural characteristics of pottery can also enhance children’s sense of national identity and cultural confidence.This study aims to explore the relationship between aesthetic education and ceramic art,with a focus on the role of ceramic art in aesthetic education.Firstly,an overview of aesthetic education and pottery will be provided and their concepts will be elaborated.By studying the actual situation of ceramic art courses in primary school education in China,a teaching design with aesthetic education function is proposed to promote students’ art development.
