Since the promulgation of the Compulsory Education Language Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),whole-book reading has emerged as an extended task group in the vision of compulsory education language,which organically integrates listening,speaking,reading,and learning to promote the construction of students’ core literacy.Wang Rongsheng’s teaching concept of "learning activities" is similar to whole-book reading,which requires choosing learning contents according to students’ situations,paying attention to students’ learning process,and focusing on the acquisition of students’ reading experiences.This thesis intends to observe a whole book reading classroom in a middle school in Hefei,take Wang Rongsheng’s attention to students’ "learning activities" as a reference for whole book reading teaching research,and propose whole book reading teaching optimization improvement strategies.The first part discusses the feasibility of integrating Wang Rongsheng’s concept of "learning activities" with whole book reading,including the analysis of the meaning of "learning activities",the discussion of its value,and the value and practical implementation of integrating it with whole book reading.The second part,based on classroom observation,analyzes the problems in the current whole book reading teaching from the perspective of teachers in four aspects: arbitrary goal design,unclear teaching content,solidified teaching mode,and lack of evaluation design.The third part follows the concept of new standards and proposes teaching strategies from four levels: determining the learning objectives according to the learning situation,reading the textbook carefully,and combining with the standards;relying on the inside of the class to expand the outside of the class,and going deeper into the text to determine the teaching content;doing a good job of supervision in reading and reading method guidance,and optimizing the teaching process;constructing a "teaching-learning-assessment" consistent classroom based on the learning objectives,making evaluation scales,and embedding evaluation in the classroom.-The fourth part combines the teaching strategies with the seventh grade teaching and learning system.In the fourth part,the teaching strategy is combined with the teaching design,taking "Camel Xiangzi",a famous novel read in the second grade class,as an example.Starting from the design of the reading task list,we carry out task-driven learning,separate the "learning activities" of students from the "teaching activities" of teachers,and use the reading assessment scale to evaluate the process throughout the whole book reading process and diversify the learning effects.In order to implement the "learning activities" teaching concept and the basic requirements of the new standard "whole book reading task group".
