Objective:The lack of reserve personnel training and outdated training methods and concepts have become important factors restricting the overall strength improvement of the"three Big Balls".The State General Administration of Sport promulgated the Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Training of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents in order to explore new training concepts and build a sustainable training system for sports reserve talents.In this study,the influence of"three Big Balls"SSG training on adolescent sports performance was taken as the research object,and meta-analysis method was used to analyze the indicators of CMJ(reverse vertical jump),VO2max(maximum oxygen uptake),10m sprint ability,20m sprint ability,RSA(repeat sprint ability)and COD(agility)that affect the sub-functions of sports performance.In order to prove the effectiveness of SSG training intervention on youth sports performance,solve the dispute about the influence of SSG training on sports performance,and help improve the overall strength of"three big balls".Results:This study included 30 literatures and 476 subjects.The results of meta-analysis showed that SSG training could promote the reverse longitudinal jumping ability of adolescents MD=-1.71,95%CI[-3.21,-0.21],P=0.03 in the meta-analysis of each sub-function of sports performance.Maximal oxygen uptake MD=-2.40,95%CI[-3.64,-1.16],P=0.0002;10m sprint ability MD=0.03,95%CI[0.00,0.05],P=0.02;20m sprint capability MD=0.09,95%CI[0.04,0.15],P=0.002;Repetitive sprint ability MD=0.07,95%CI[0.02,0.12],P=0.008;Agility MD=0.30,95%CI[0.21,0.38],P<0.00001.Combined with the subgroup analysis,the conclusion was drawn:(1)It is helpful to improve the 10m sprint ability of the subjects in the SSG training group with the intervention period≤6 weeks and the intervention frequency≤3 times/week combined with squat jump,lower limb strength and core strength training team;SSG training with the same cycle and frequency combined with aerobic and lower extremity strength training with exercise intensity greater than 90%of the peak heart rate is helpful to improve athletes’repeated sprint ability.(2)SSG training with an intervention cycle of about 6 weeks and an intervention frequency of about 3 times per week,combined with high-intensity skill training that can make subjects’average heart rate reach 170bpm,is the best for improving subjects’VO2max ability;SSG training with the same period and frequency combined with agility training such as man-to-man defense,disguised pursuit and running,unilateral lower limb explosive force training,core strength training,centrifugal power control and other training contents can affect subjects’changing ability.(3)Compared with static stretching,dynamic stretching before training enhanced muscle stiffness and potential energy.The intervention period was about 6 weeks,and the intervention frequency was3-5 times per week.Dynamic stretching and lower limb strength training before SSG training was helpful to improve the subjects’20m sprint ability.SSG training with intervention frequency≤3 times/week combined with lower extremity explosive strength training and core strength training has a good effect on improving CMJ of subjects. |
