| In order to fully implement the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council,Jiangsu Province issued the Notice of Provincial Education Department and Provincial Sports Bureau on Promoting Children’s Fun Track and Field Sports in September 2021.In order to further improve children’s basic activity ability and consolidate the foundation of physical fitness,For the purpose of selecting and cultivating outstanding sports reserve talents.According to the guideline,we will striveto create 500 kindergartens with traditional characteristics and 300 primary schools with traditional characteristics in the province within three years.This is thestrategic layout of the Ministry of Education to develop children’s fun track and field sports,which provides unprecedented opportunities for the development of children’s fun track and field sports.However,the development of things is always accompanied by twists and turns.Therefore,this paper takes Nanjing as an example and analyzes the difficulties and paths of the development of children’s fun track and field sports from the perspectives of human,material,financial,institutional and cultural factors in combination with the all-factor theoretical framework.It provides some reference value for children’s fun track and field sports inotherprovinces and cities.In this paper,102 kindergartens and primary schools in Nanjing were interviewed and investigated through the method of literature,questionnaire,album interview and quantitative statistics,and the factors were analyzed and the conclusions of the research were as follows:1、 Realistic Dilemma of Children’s Fun Track and field Sports in Nanjing1.In the aspect of "manpower";Nanjing principals and school leaders support and participate in children’s fun track and field sports.But parents still havea low level of support for children’s fun track and field sports stereotype;Lack of professional teachers;2.In terms of "financial elements",the funds invested in children’s fun track and field sports in Nanjing cannot meet the high-quality development needs of the project,and there is an imbalance of funds;3.In terms of "material resources",the types of children’s fun track and field equipment in Nanjing are complete,but the quantity is obviously insufficient to meet the needs of daily teaching;Although they are equipped with advanced Internet multimedia teachers,the use rate of Internet is low;The site needs to be improved overall;4.In terms of "system" elements: Nanjing Children’s Fun Track and Field Kindergarten has basically established the project leading group and formulated the project development system,but in the specific implementation stage,there is a lack of necessary supervision and assessment,and the guarantee mechanism of children’s fun track and field is still imperfect;5.In terms of "cultural" elements: Nanjing Kindergarten has taken certain measures in cultural environment,competition culture and other aspects,but the overall scope of implementation is not enough.Most of the students have not participated in more formal fun track and field events.School leaders do not pay enough attention to the cultural construction of the project.In the specific implementation process,the promotion of fun track and field events culture can not improve,and its value function is serious.2、Development Path of Children’s Fun Track and Field Sports in Nanjing1.Enhance the responsibilities of principals and school leaders,break the traditional ideas of parents,and improve the professionalism of preschool teachers;2.Increase the support of government funds,broaden the channels of funds,and ensure the accurate placement of funds;3.Avoid site conflicts,improve site and equipment equipment,introduce and use professional teaching materials,and make full use of Internet resources;4.Perfect pipeline system,regular assessment system,and perfect safety guarantee system;5.Create a good sports culture atmosphere to enrich the organization and competition situation. |
