The 50 meter run is a major test item in the middle school physical education entrance examination.It is mainly used to test the sprinting ability of middle school students.By analyzing the influencing factors and technical characteristics of the 50 meter run,a scientific design has been made for the movement speed training and conventional speed training of the 50 meter run.Explore the role of mobile speed training in middle school students’ 50 meter running and specialized indicator test results.To provide theoretical and practical basis for improving the performance of middle school students in the 50 meter race.The methods used in this paper are: literature review,experiment,expert interview,image analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.60 junior high school students in the secondary school affiliated to Ningxia Normal University are selected as the experimental subjects,and divided into two groups,each group has 30 people(15 boys,15girls).The experimental group carries out moving speed training,and the control group carries out routine class training.After 12 weeks(36 classes)of training intervention,the average number of steps,average stride frequency,average stride length,average speed and other test indicators of the experimental group and the control group,as well as the 50 meter run,were tested.The male and female data of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.The research results indicate that: 1.After the experiment,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the 50 meter running test scores of male and female students in the experimental group and the control group,and the improvement in the 50 meter running test scores of male and female students in the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.After the completion of the experiment,there was a significant difference(P<0.01)between the male and female students outside the experimental group and the control group in the results of the 50 meter run test.After the experiment,there were significant differences(P<0.01)between male and female students in the average number of steps,average step frequency,average stride length,and average speed specific quality tests in the experimental group.There were significant differences(P<0.01)between male and female students in the control group in the average number of steps,average stride,and average speed specific quality tests.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)between male students in the average step frequency specific quality test,while there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between female students in the average step frequency specific quality test.And the improvement in the special quality test scores of the experimental group’s male and female students’ average steps,average stride length,average speed,and average stride frequency was greater than that of the control group.After the experiment,there was a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the average speed of the special quality test scores between boys outside the experimental group and those outside the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the average step frequency,average stride,and average number of steps of the special quality test scores.After the experiment,there was a significant difference(0.01<P ≤ 0.05)between the female students outside the experimental group and the control group in the average speed of the special quality test scores,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the average step frequency,average stride,and average number of steps of the special quality test scores.Conclusion: 1.Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of the 50 meter sprint,it is a practical and feasible method to apply the principle of moving speed training to the students of the 50 meter sprint.From the perspective of the improvement in the performance of male and female students in the 50 meter race,the improvement in movement speed training is higher than that in regular training.In the experiment,it was found that mobile speed training has advantages such as high safety,diverse practice methods,good results,and wide applicability.3.From the perspective of the improvement in average steps,average step frequency,average stride length,and average speed of male and female students,mobile speed training is superior to conventional training.From the experimental process,it can be seen that movement speed can improve body coordination ability,increase the strength of the core parts,improve the coordination of the swing arm,increase the strength of the pedal,and shorten the support time. |
