| Today,with the vigorous development of Internet technology,various network social platforms have emerged in an endless stream.These platforms have been in a state of continuous simplification in terms of functions,greatly reducing the difficulty of use,so that people can create and share content anytime and anywhere as long as they have mobile phones and networks.As a result,the threshold of the we-media industry has been greatly reduced,and the era of "everyone is we-media" has also come.As a leader in short video social platforms,Tiktok has attracted many self-media creators to settle in.In addition,with the development of society,the three-child policy has been implemented,and the related topics such as "raising children" and "female employment" have also become the focus of social discussion.The physiological characteristics of women make them the natural bearers of "maternity",and under the influence of Chinese traditional thought,the heavy responsibility of taking care of children is still largely borne by women.The difficulty of balancing work and family makes many women choose to become stay-at-home mothers.It can be said that the model of "father earns money to support the family,mother takes care of the family" is still the same in modern society.In the long run,there are more and more stay-at-home mothers.Because they focus on family for a long time and neglect to learn professional knowledge,they begin to break with the society.They also face many obstacles when they return to the workplace,and their right to speak at home is constantly reduced.The development of the Internet has given stay-at-home mothers new channels and new ideas about re-employment,and has also greatly reduced the difficulty of reemployment for stay-at-home mothers.Therefore,in-depth research on the representative stay-at-home mom bloggers,analysis of their operational strategies,and relevant problems and corresponding optimization paths are helpful to provide references for other stay-at-home moms to achieve re-employment through we-media,and give stay-at-home moms more expression rights and space.This paper adopts the method of combining content analysis and case analysis,selects three representative stay-at-home mom bloggers on the Douyin platform for research,and discusses the operation strategy of the three bloggers in combination with the personality principle,fun principle,interaction principle and interest principle in the4 I theory.In the main content of the article,first of all,a brief overview of their account operation and video content features.Then,the author studies the operational strategies adopted by the above bloggers from four aspects: personalized operation strategy,interesting operation strategy,interactive operation strategy and interest operation strategy.The results show that: in terms of personalized operation,creating people and accurately locating fan groups conform to the personality principle of 4I theory,which can effectively attract traffic;In terms of fun operation,the emphasis on emotional communication and the use of audio-visual language symbols conform to the fun principle of 4I theory,which can improve fans’ attention and stickiness;In terms of interactive operation,family interaction to create family scenes and stable updates conform to the interaction principle of 4I theory,and can obtain continuous traffic support;In terms of profit operation,it is easier to realize traffic realization of shortvideo band cargo and live stream cargo,which is in line with the profit principle of 4I theory.Then it puts forward some problems in the operation process of the three stayat-home mother bloggers that are contrary to the 4I theory: the creation of personnel is too grandiosity;The content homogenization phenomenon is serious;Fan interaction is not in place;There is something wrong with the quality of the shipment.Finally,to solve these problems,combined with the principles of personality,fun,interaction and interest of 4I theory,the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward: combine the characteristics of fans to create people;Combine their own characteristics of innovative content;Actively understand fan needs and feedback;Pay attention to the selection of products before bringing goods,so that stay-at-home mom bloggers can make further improvements and breakthroughs. |
