| In 2000,the Ministry of Education issued a notice titled "Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting Quality Education and Deepening the Teaching Reform of Secondary Vocational Education",which clearly stated that "secondary vocational schools need to improve the quality of education and teaching and the efficiency of running schools,which is an urgent task faced by secondary vocational education".Since then,the teaching reform of secondary vocational education has been carried out in full swing in various vocational colleges and universities.In 2010,the Ministry of Education issued the Action Plan for the Reform and Innovation of Secondary Vocational Education(2010-2012).The overall idea of the action plan is to comprehensively promote quality education,with service as the purpose,employment as the direction,and reform and innovation as the driving force.The development of secondary vocational education should be promoted in accordance with the basic requirements of "ensuring scale,adjusting structure,strengthening management,and improving quality".This requires secondary vocational education in various regions to strengthen quality education and improve the quality of classroom teaching.The classroom teaching process mainly includes five parts:introduction of new courses,teaching of new courses,consolidation exercises,classroom summaries,and assignment of homework.Guidance is the first step at the beginning of the classroom,and the effectiveness of guidance directly affects the effectiveness of the classroom.Yu Yi,a senior teacher,once said,"The beginning of a class is like playing the piano.The first hammer should strike the students’ hearts,and the singer sets the tone.Once the first tone is fixed,it lays the foundation for performance or singing.The same goes for class.The first hammer should strike the students’ hearts,like a magnet that firmly attracts them." Artistic guided classes not only stimulate students’ interest,reveal teaching content,but also communicate emotions with students,Stimulate students’ enthusiasm for classroom participation and regulate the classroom teaching atmosphere.However,through investigation and on-site observation,there are still many problems in the guidance process of secondary vocational schools in China,such as lack of attention to guidance,outdated guidance methods,and dull guidance processes.Based on this,this study aims to integrate the concept of educational aesthetics into the teaching process of "Marketing Fundamentals" in vocational schools,enhance the artistic and classroom effectiveness of vocational guidance courses,and verify the effectiveness of this study through teaching practice in internship schools,in order to provide corresponding reference for vocational teachers.This study is mainly divided into the following five parts:Part 1: Familiarize yourself with the research background and content of this study by reviewing relevant literature and documents issued by the Ministry of Education.Part 2: Define the concepts and principles related to the paper through literature research,collect relevant concepts and theories through literature research,and provide a theoretical basis for this study.Part 3: During the internship at the school,collect the problems and reasons in the guidance process of the "Marketing Fundamentals" course in vocational schools by distributing survey questionnaires and interviews.Part 4: In the teaching experiment process,apply the concept of educational aesthetics,integrate it into the classroom guidance section of "Fundamentals of Marketing",innovate teaching design,and carry out teaching experiment activities.Part 5: By combining classroom observation,student feedback,and peer teacher evaluation,verify the effectiveness of guided lesson art design,summarize the application experience,and provide certain reference for improving the artistic quality and teaching effectiveness of professional courses for vocational school teachers. |
