High quality teachers’ verbal feedback behavior in the independent game sharing link can not only promote children’s learning and development,but also improve teachers’ professional ability and level,and also promote the development of independent game activities in kindergartens.However,through literature review and preliminary research,it is found that there are some problems in teachers’ speech feedback behavior in the current kindergarten autonomous game sharing link,and the researchers themselves have some confusion in practice.Therefore,the researchers believe that it is necessary to carry out corresponding research,so as to better solve the practical problems of kindergarten autonomous game activities and improve the quality of kindergarten game activities.The main contents of this study include five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper proposes the logical method and content system of this research from six aspects: the reason for the topic selection,the significance of the research,the definition of the concept,the literature review,the research design,the research validity and the research ethics,which provides a framework support for the research.The second part is the current situation.Taking W Kindergarten in Guiyang City as a case,this paper studies teachers’ language feedback behavior in the independent game sharing link of the kindergarten,and records 30 independent game sharing links of the kindergarten from three perspectives: front,rear and side.According to the micro scenario analysis method,data analysis is carried out from the content level,dimension level,strategy level and discourse structure level of speech feedback,and case analysis is made on three typical independent game sharing links,which are excellent,good and poor,so as to understand the current situation of the independent game sharing link in W Kindergarten.The third part is problem representation.The results show that there are five main problems in teachers’ speech feedback behavior in W Kindergarten’s autonomous game sharing link: first,there is not enough task processing feedback for in-depth learning;Secondly,teachers’ questioning lacks the gradualness;Third,it failed to innovate and fully use the compound strategy;Fourth,the discourse structure of teacher child interaction is relatively simple;Fifth,emotional support in verbal feedback is relatively lacking.The fourth part is the reason analysis.This research mainly analyzes the reasons from three aspects: on the one hand,teachers’ own teaching concepts have influenced teachers’ understanding of the sharing link of independent games,and their grasp of the main position in sharing is inaccurate;On the one hand,the influence of teachers’ own professional skills,especially the lack of language literacy and the limitation of the ability to organize independent game sharing,are the main reasons that affect teachers’ high-quality speech feedback behavior;On the other hand,it is the influence of the training of colleges and kindergartens,which is mainly reflected in the lack of professional curriculum system in colleges and universities before taking office,and the insufficient training,teaching and research in units after taking office,which are the important reasons that affect teachers’ high-quality speech feedback behavior.The fifth part is the optimization path.According to the problem summary and reason analysis,the optimization path is proposed: first,renew the scientific teaching concept,strengthen the understanding of the independent game sharing link,and respect the dominant position of children in the game sharing;Second,pay attention to the improvement of professional skills.Use task processing feedback content to promote children’s deep learning,use step-by-step questioning to mobilize children’s enthusiasm for thinking,use compound verbal feedback strategies to promote teacher child interaction,and use complex and flexible discourse structures to ensure children’s autonomy.The third is to attach importance to the integrated training of colleges and kindergartens,focusing on optimizing the pre service professional curriculum system and combining theory with practice.Pay attention to the training,teaching and research after work and establish a developing teacher community;...
