In the process of classroom teaching, teacher’s teaching behaviors become the key factor that affect the quality of teaching. Meanwhile, it is also the basic condition that implement real curriculum philosophy and achieve the curriculum reform. During the process of the new curriculum reform, promoting effective classroom teaching behaviors become the thrust and focus of the study. At present, research on teaching, questioning, management behavior have achieved fruitful results. However,feedback behavior did not like other teaching behaviors and get enough attention. The thesis chooses this as a starting point and develop researching.Instructional feedback behavior refers to teacher select appropriate way to judge the behavior of students’ performance and give relevant reaction.The purpose is to tell students what about their performance and how to improve it. There are two main form of feedback as the verbal form of feedback and non-verbal form of feedback,including teacher’s language,voice,body-movements,facial-expression and so on.This thesis summarizes instructional feedback behavior from theoretical and empirical research sides at home and abroad.Besides, I also have in-depth observation in the first-line classroom and implement the questionnaire to teachers and students. From these we could understand the use of feedback behavior in teaching situation and the problems it cause.Finally we try to explore the process model of teacher implement instructional feedback behavior according to different types of curriculum specifics.This thesis consists of five parts.The first chapter is an introduction. It is including the following parts:research background analysis, elaboration of the purpose and significance, as well as teacher feedback behavior at home and abroad related research and approach to the study and research ideas.The second part is to define the concept of teacher feedback behavior and the theoretical basis.It described the basic concepts of teacher feedback behavior and cleared the difference between feedback and reinforcement,evaluation,correction. On this basis, combined with the "on"(system theory, cybernetics and information theory), and evaluation theory and effective teaching theory to find theoretical support for teacher feedback behavior.The third part is about how senior high school teacher use instructional feedback behavior in classroom teaching and problems it caused.Combinating three teaching examples and the statistical results of students questionnary to anlysis the condition that use instructional feedback behavior in the actual teaching and improvement direction. The fourth part is to explore the implementation process of instructional feedback behavior.lt discussed the complete process of the implementation feedback and combined different course types to investigate the practical value of feedback behavior and its operational guidelines.The last part is a summary.lt stressed that teacher should through improving their own literacy and other aspects to improve the teachering feedback behavior level.
