The teaching of high school geography should take "core literacy" as the theme,implement the educational concept of "educating classroom",give full play to the leading role of geography,take practical education as the carrier,deepen the educational reform,and cultivate all-round development talents.The theory of multiple intelligences focuses on the difference of students ’intelligence and conducts teaching according to the characteristics of students’ intelligence,which is the basis for the selection of teaching strategies and teaching activity design in geography classroom,which is helpful to implement the concept of education in geography classroom.By applying the theory of multiple intelligences to high school geography class,students can actively explore and learn independently in diversified classes,deepen the understanding of geography knowledge,improve multiple skills,promote students’ diversified development,and lay a good foundation for students to base themselves on the society."Educational classroom" in practice,according to the characteristics of geography,learners,teachers status,guided by the theory of multiple intelligence,take research method,observation research method,action research method,put forward eight kinds of intelligent teaching strategy:make practice promote speech expression intelligence,depth thinking intelligence,mathematical logic mining visual space visual teaching intelligence,experimental development,body motion intelligence,cooperation research development interpersonal intelligence,feeling rhythm training music rhythm intelligence,real speculative development natural observation intelligence,introspection cultivate self cognitive intelligence.Taking the chapter "Vegetation and Soil" as an example,teaching cases are designed to form a new classroom mode of diversified education,and cultivate students’ core geography literacy.Multiple intelligence theory used in geography classroom teaching,clever mining of various teaching resources,technology,teaching focus on "learning",give students more vitality,make learning truly student leading,teacher guide mode,let students learn,improve classroom participation,let the students feel the charm of geography classroom,in the geography classroom get a sense of accomplishment,self-confidence,give students more creativity,improve the students’ comprehensive quality.
