The rapid development of domestic economy drives the growth of residents’ income,and residents’ investment in education increases accordingly,at the same time,the national policies and the support degree for adult education is more and more big,such as in special personal income tax deduction is added the rate of deduction of continuing education,in addition,many enterprises gradually improve staff continue to education reimbursement system.This series of external stimulus factors have stimulated the enthusiasm of professional people to invest in their academic education.Chengdu Branch of W Education Group mainly provides professional training services on products related to education promotion,although there are more than the market and policy advantage,but in recent years because of the market competition is increasingly fierce,the various costs rising,the company’s profits space is severely compressed,in order to the benign development of the enterprise,win the market reputation,service marketing strategy formulation is vital.Through literature research,this thesis studied the theoretical research and enterprise practice of service marketing at home and abroad,and made a detailed analysis of the practical application of service marketing in the education industry,so as to provide literature support for the service marketing strategy research of Chengdu Branch of W Education Group.Second,through the enterprise internal operation data statistics and analysis of the data basis for the discovery of problems and strategies,and then based on the interviews and questionnaire survey of students,understand students for enterprise service marketing existence the opinions and Suggestions,and sums up the practical solution can fall to the ground operation,eventually forming the service marketing strategy.In the research process,STP,7Ps and other marketing theories are used as the support to analyze the operating status of enterprises,find service marketing problems,formulate solutions,and support measures to ensure the implementation of the formulated service marketing strategy in an all-round way,and finally achieve the benign development of enterprises and win market reputation.In the increasingly fierce market competition,the status quo of service marketing in the education industry directly affects the long-term development of enterprises.The research in this thesis not only solves the service marketing problems of CHENGDU Branch of W Education Group,but also provides reference for the development of similar enterprises in terms of service marketing,and jointly creates a good industry development trend.
