Research On The "Post-00" College Students’ Outlook On A Better Life And Educational Guidance

Since ancient times,people’s pursuit of a better life has never stopped.After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in people’s life.With the increasing improvement of material living conditions,people’s yearning for a better life is more diverse and higher-level.On July 26,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed:"We should firmly grasp the people’s yearning for a better life,put forward new ideas,new strategies and new measures",and painted a beautiful life in the coming new era:"People’s life has improved significantly,their desire for a better life has become more intense,and the needs of the people are diversified,multi-level and multifaceted.They look forward to better education,more stable work,more satisfactory income,more reliable social security,higher level of medical and health services,more comfortable living conditions,more beautiful environment and richer spiritual and cultural life".However,different individuals and groups have different aspirations for a better life.Corresponding to the better life in the new era,they have both commonalities and individuality.As the backbone of building a better life,"Post-00" college students shoulder the historical task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and play an important role in leading the future social development and the planning and construction of a better life.The grasp of the "Post-00" College Students’concept of a better life helps to provide new ideas,strategies and measures for the party and the country in the socialist modernization construction,and better guide the people to create a better life.This study mainly uses the interview method to study the cognition,emotional experience,pursuit motivation and path choice of "Post-00" college students on a better life.The study found that the "Post-00" College Students’ cognition of a better life is generally healthy,their emotional experience is optimistic,their pursuit motivation is reasonable and their realization path is clear.However,some students have not coordinated the relationship between material life needs and spiritual life needs,individual life and collective life,ideal and reality,thought and behavior,and they ignore the needs of spiritual life and limit individual good life,lack of confidence in a better life and obvious utilitarian tendency in path planning.Through the excavation of the life history of "Post-00" college students,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of "Post-00" College Students’ Outlook on a better life from the aspects of family,school,society and individuals.The guidance of ideas is a systematic project.In view of the above negative tendencies,this study conducts education and guidance to shape the "Post-00" outlook on a better life from the following aspects.First,embedding the "big ideological and political education"the whole staff carry out education and guidance work well,play the main channel role of the "ideological and political course" and the important role of the "curriculum ideological and political education" thicken the value foundation of the "Post-00" college students’outlook on life,and carry out the education of good life with the student work as the basic starting point.Second,make good use of "big data" to realize personalized and intelligent education guidance,use "big data" technology to master the real life conditions of college students,carry out investigation and Research on a better life in combination with "big data",understand their "ideological" dynamics,analyze their better life needs,especially spiritual and cultural needs,and finally enable the better life of "Post-00" college students through personalized and intelligent educational information resources,through the "accurate" push to better meet their needs for a better life.To nourish their spiritual life with high-quality educational resources,as to deepen their understanding of a better life,and arouse their confidence and motivation in the pursuit of a better life;Third,talent is an important support for national development.Only by optimizing the talent training environment can we promote the long-term development of society.From the perspective of social environment,this paper focuses on creating a four in one good environment to provide "Post-00" college students with a good economic development environment,a fair and just legal environment,a clean and positive network environment and a happy and warm people’s livelihood environment,promote the healthy development of "Post-00" College students’ Outlook on a better life,and guide "Post-00" college students to realize the relationship between individual and society,Promote the "Post-00" college students to consciously shoulder social responsibility and the mission of the times,mobilize the passion and enthusiasm of "Post-00"college students to participate in socialist modernization,and work together for the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
