| The main content of "Travel Agency Management" is to teach enterprise management and business operations of travel agencies.It is an applied management course that combines knowledge and practice,and is also an important expansion course for the tour guide service profession.It has the characteristics of extensive knowledge,multiple radiating positions,and strong practical application.It plays an important role in cultivating high-quality applied talents in the travel agency industry who can go down,stay,use,and do well.However,secondary vocational students often appear in the classroom easy to be detected by teachers and other students of the explicit classroom misconduct,such as "playing mobile phone","talking","sleeping" and so on.If the correct intervention is not carried out in a timely manner,over time,it will cause vocational school students to lose interest and motivation in learning,seriously affecting their future career development.In addition,explicit classroom misconducts among vocational school students can also hinder teaching progress,affect teaching effectiveness,and even lead to the phenomenon of teacher burnout.Therefore,exploring how to intervene in explicit classroom misconducts of vocational school students has profound significance for improving the quality of vocational and technical education teaching.This study selected G Provincial Tourism School as the research sample,and based on existing literature,conducted a survey to understand the occurrence of explicit classroom misconducts among students in the "Travel Agency Management" classroom and the intervention and management of teachers.From the statistical results of the classroom observation scale,it can be seen that the characteristics of explicit classroom misconducts among vocational school students are mainly mild in degree,strong in infectivity,and long-lasting.Intervention by teachers can effectively reduce the frequency of students’ explicit classroom misconducts.Using the multi case study method to gain a deeper understanding of the explicit classroom problematic behavior of three students,and combining survey data and interview materials,this study analyzes the attribution of explicit classroom problematic behavior among vocational school students in the "Travel Agency Management" classroom from several aspects: students,teachers,schools,and society.Finally,intervention strategies are proposed from three aspects: the learning subject and the educational subject,namely students,teachers,and schools.At the student level,the main focus is to correct the attitude towards course learning,establish reasonable learning goals,and strengthen classroom discipline awareness;At the teacher level,the main focus is to enhance students’ professional identity,integrate curriculum moral education into teaching,improve teaching evaluation methods,and improve classroom management methods;At the school level,the main focus is to rectify the classroom supervision system,enhance teachers’ professional literacy,and collaborate with families and schools to educate students. |
