| With the rapid development of disabled sports in China,by the 16 th Summer Paralympic Games in 2021,China has topped the gold medal and medal lists for five consecutive Summer Paralympic Games.The2022 Beijing Paralympic Winter Games has once again made a new history of competitive sports for disabled people in China,highlighting China’s institutional advantages in promoting the development of the cause of disabled people and showing China’s remarkable achievements in respecting and protecting the rights and interests of disabled people.The development of competitive sports for the disabled has become an important part of sports power and an important way for the disabled to realize their dreams and recover their health.Guizhou Disabled Badminton Team was founded in 2001 and has developed for more than 20 years.In the process of gradual development,it has made many excellent achievements.In this paper,literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview and other methods,combined with the theoretical knowledge of sports training,sociology,sports introduction and so on,from the vertical review of the development of Guizhou Province disabled badminton team,from the horizontal study of development status.Using SWOT analysis method in marketing for reference,on the one hand,explore the internal development advantages and external opportunities of Guizhou disabled badminton team,in order to maintain its own development advantages,grasp the opportunities of The Times,and accelerate the pace of development;On the other hand,the disadvantages and challenges in its development are analyzed,and the corresponding development strategies are put forward,and the reference suggestions are put forward for the future development.The study reached the following conclusions:The first.Through literature review and expert opinions,the development process of Guizhou disabled badminton team can be divided into three stages,namely,initial stage of exploration,stage of gradual development and stage of comprehensive improvement.In the stage of exploration,the main characteristics of sports teams are as follows: the majority of children,deaf athletes,sports teams have few competition opportunities,short training time,training funds are insufficient,and the management system is not perfect.In the stage of gradual development,the main characteristics of sports teams are as follows: the athletes are mainly teenagers,the number of deaf athletes and physically disabled athletes is more balanced,sports teams began to stand out in national competitions,the competition opportunities gradually increased,the training time increased,the training funds increased,the formulation of standardized management methods.In the overall promotion stage: the majority of athletes are young,the gender ratio of athletes is relatively balanced,and the results of 2017-2022 competitions are outstanding.The training funds and equipment of sports teams have been improved,the training duration has been increased,and the management system has been perfected.On the whole,the disabled badminton team of Guizhou Province has experienced a difficult period,a period of development and a period of improvement.With the rapid development of disabled sports in Guizhou Province,the future development trend of the Guizhou disabled badminton
