Comparative Study Of The Offensive And Defensive Ability Of Chinese Women’s Basketball Team And Opponents In 2019-2022

Triple player basketball is a three on three game played on the streets of the United States.It is a sports activity that evolved from a five player basketball game.On July 9,2017,the "Three player Basketball Tournament" was included in the official competition of the Olympic Games.The Chinese men’s and women’s trio basketball teams achieved impressive results in the 2019 FIBA Triple Basketball World Cup,the 32 nd Tokyo Olympics,and the 2022 FIBA Triple Basketball World Cup,showcasing the charm of trio basketball.Due to the outstanding performance of the men’s and women’s trio basketball teams in competitions,our country has begun to pay more attention to this sport.This article compares and studies the advantages and disadvantages of China’s three player women’s basketball team in competition by comparing the 2019 FIBA Three player Basketball World Cup,the 32 nd Tokyo Olympic Games,and the 2022 FIBA Three player Basketball World Cup.Based on this,some countermeasures are proposed.The paper uses a variety of research methods,such as literature review,expert interviews,video observation,mathematical statistics and so on.An analysis was conducted on the offensive and defensive abilities of the women’s Chinese team and their opponents in the 2019 FIBA Triple Team Basketball World Cup,the 32 nd Tokyo Olympic Games,and the2022 FIBA Triple Team Basketball World Cup.The following conclusions were ultimately drawn:(1)The factors that affect the performance of the Chinese women’s basketball team in the three world championships are the number of hits from one point shots and the percentage of hits from one point shots.(2)The Chinese team in the three World Series belongs to the "attack defense balance" type team.(3)In terms of offensive data analysis,the average number of shots taken from one point,two point,and free throw in the Chinese women’s basketball court is lower than that of the opponent,but the shooting percentage is higher than that of the opponent,indicating that the overall shooting ability of the Chinese women’s basketball team is relatively outstanding;The increasing number of key assists indicates that China’s team cooperation awareness and tacit understanding are constantly increasing;There are fluctuations in the rebound data of the front court,but the success rate of the second attack remains good,indicating that the Chinese women’s basketball team has strong second attack ability and overall offensive level is relatively outstanding.(4)In terms of defense data analysis,the Chinese women’s basketball team has a good control over the number of fouls,indicating that the Chinese women’s basketball team can effectively control the number of fouls committed by their own team;In terms of blocking and snatching abilities,the Chinese team is showing a downward trend;In terms of rushing and grabbing defensive rebounds,the data of the Chinese team continues to rise,indicating that the Chinese team has an excellent ability to protect and defend rebounds,and the overall defensive strategy of the Chinese team is relatively conservative.(5)In terms of offensive and defensive data analysis,the Chinese team has relatively good offensive ability in three world matches,and the conversion of offensive scores is relatively stable.The loss of shots and fouls lead to a gradual decrease in offensive and defensive conversion,while fouls lead to an increase in offensive and defensive conversion.Mistakes lead to an "inverted U-shaped" offensive and defensive conversion,and the grabbing of defensive rebounds leads to an increase in offensive and defensive conversion.(6)The overall pace of the Chinese women’s basketball team in the past three world championships has accelerated,with an increase in the number of rounds.The number of hits from one point shots and the percentage of hits from one point shots have remained basically stable,while the number of key assists and offensive rebounds has shown a downward trend.The number of shots from one point shots,data related to two point shots,blocks and steals have shown a gradual increase and then a rapid decrease.The data related to free throws,errors,and defensive rebounds show a trend of first rapid decline and then slow rise.This paper analyses the attack and defence of Chinese women’s basketball in the last three games.By analyzing the offensive and defensive situations of Chinese women’s basketball in the past three competitions,this article proposes the following suggestions:(1)The most important factor affecting the performance of China’s three matches is the percentage of one point shots and the percentage of one point shots.When practicing,strengthen the ability to score one point shots,enhance the awareness and skills of rebounding,and increase the success rate of second attacks;Improve shooting skills and understanding of the game,and make timely adjustments to the offense on the field.(2)The Chinese team needs to strengthen specialized physical training in the three player basketball game to ensure that athletes have sufficient physical strength to support the entire battle.At the same time,it is also necessary to continuously change their physical training methods to improve each athlete’s physical confrontation ability,make the three player basketball game fast,intense,and have stable and consistent technical movements.(3)Chinese teams also need to improve their athletes’ psychological resilience during critical moments,ensuring a high hit rate from free throws during high-intensity confrontations,further improving their rebounding scores,and increasing the probability of a second shot.(4)Improve the team’s defensive ability and enhance their defensive attack.Under the premise of not violating regulations,active hand to hand combat should be adopted,close defense should be strengthened,and offensive defense techniques should be used.Strengthen the overall communication of the team and improve the team’s defensive goals.During the competitive process,attention should be paid to communication between body language and language,observing the opponent’s movements,and conducting targeted defense.(5)Improve the training system for reserve personnel,promote the professional development of 3X3 sports,increase the popularity of 3X3 sports,promote the 3X3 basketball league,and attract sports fans and workers to actively participate.
