Research On The Integration Of Military Industry Culture Into Ideological And Political Education In Universities With National Defense Characteristics

In the 90-year development of the military industry,the military industry culture has accumulated plentiful cultural connotations,which is a significant culture resource for the development of ideological and political education in universities with national defense characteristics.Universities with national defense characteristics have superior disciplines,majors,and research directions of national defense,and they are an indispensable force for the inheritance and dissemination of military industry culture.It is of great practical significance to explore military industry cultural and integrate it into ideological and political education in universities with national defense characteristics.On the one hand,it is conducive to the inheritance and promotion of military industry culture.On the other hand,it is also in favor of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities with national defense characteristics,and cultivating qualified and reliable successors for our country’s national defense modernization.Through the research of relevant literature,this paper sorts out and screens the existing research results,adheres to the dialectical thinking method of Marxism.On this basis,try to explore the content and path of integrating military industry culture into ideological and political education in universities with national defense characteristics.Based on clarifying the related concepts of military industry culture and universities with national defense characteristics,this paper outlines the necessity and possibility of integrating military industry culture into ideological and political education in universities with national defense characteristics.Conduct empirical analysis through questionnaire surveys,which objectively grasp the status quo of integrating military industry culture into ideological and political education in universities with national defense characteristics: universities with national defense characteristics generally attach importance to the integration of military industry culture,and students here have a high degree of recognition of military culture,but there still have some problems including insufficient military cultural content and unsatisfactory integration effect in ideological and political education,which are due to the insufficient development and utilization of military cultural resources,the path and method of integration need to be innovated,and the impact of negative factors in the social environment.Based on this,the paper proposes to follow the principles of orientation,timeliness and subjectivity,and integrate the core values of patriotism,cultural traditions that focus on innovation,the spirit of truth-seeking and pragmatic science,overall situation idea of unity and cooperation and responsibility of willing to dedicate oneself into the ideological and political education of universities with national defense characteristics.At the same time,the path to the integration of military industry culture was discussed.First of all,we must play the role of the main channel of ideological and political theory courses,adhere to the combination of teacher-led and student-oriented,and integrate military industry culture into the whole process of ideological and political education theory courses;secondly,curriculum,communication,and practice should be optimized to integrate military industry culture into the carrier;finally,a good military industry culture education environment should be created inside and outside the school,and the environment should be used to infect university students with national defense characteristics,so as to promote the development of ideological and political education.
