At present,the country is committed to promoting high-quality development and expanding the real economy,and a large number of technical skills are needed to support it.Skilled and high quality talents with professional spirit are needed in various professions.In 2022,the newly revised Vocational Education Law,which clearly states that the goal of vocational education is to cultivate professional talents with high morality and virtuosity.Secondary vocational education is the first step for students to enter vocational education.In this stage,Students build their ideological system and form world outlook,outlook on life and values.Students’ cognition of professional spirit formed in this period will affect their career and even path of life in the future.However,in the vocational education,there is a common phenomenon that students emphasize vocational skills and neglect vocational spirit.To sum up,it’s high time to strengthen the cultivation of professionalism.It is not only a response to relevant policies,but also the need for students’ growth and development,and it is also the need to change the current situation of vocational education.To provide useful references and suggestions for the cultivation of professional spirit of secondary vocational students,this study takes the second classroom as the research’s starting point,focusing on the cultivation of professional spirit through the second classroom,fully excavating the ideological and political value of the second classroom,and exploring the path of cultivating professional spirit in the second classroom.To understand the research status and trends of vocational spirit and the second classroom and grasp the current situation of vocational spirit cultivation of secondary vocational students,this study uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.Relies on informal learning theory,Marx’s theory of all-round development and the theory of three aspects of education as the theoretical basis to build a theoretical framework for vocational spirit cultivation of secondary vocational students.That is,to guide the training direction with the training objectives,support the training foundation with the integration of resources,support the training of talents with the curriculum system,deepen the collaborative education with the integration of production and education,and improve the training effect with quality assurance.Taking the internship of preschool nursing major in W middle vocational School as an example,this paper carries out practical exploration to verify the feasibility of the theoretical framework,and on this basis,it clarifies the relationship between the second classroom and the first classroom in cultivating professionalism and the value implication of the second classroom in cultivating professionalism.
