With the promulgation of the Outline for Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)in 2001,the curriculum of integrated practical activities has received extensive attention in basic education.The development of comprehensive practical activity courses is a process of guiding students to understand society,adapt to society and participate in society,which is not only an effective path for the cultivation of students’ core literacy,but also the focus of implementing the requirements of the era of "cultivating all-round people".Research proves that the development of curriculum resources is an important condition for the effective implementation of integrated practical activity courses.However,the practical difficulties in the development of integrated practical activity curriculum resources have seriously hindered the development of integrated practical activity curriculum.At present,most of the research on the development and management of curriculum resources of integrated practical activities focuses on theoretical elaboration,and lacks specific and targeted case studies,especially the typical samples for the development and management of curriculum resources of integrated practical activities in primary schools.Therefore,we need to think about the current development and management status of curriculum resources for comprehensive practical activities in primary schools,what problems exist,and what relevant theories can be used to guide school practice,strengthen resource management,and ensure the steady progress of comprehensive practical activity courses.Based on case studies,this study uses literature analysis and interview research methods to conduct an in-depth investigation on the implementation of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum of D primary schools in Shandong Province,and explores the development and management of curriculum resources.Through the analysis of the relevant texts of the case schools and the content of the interviews with the interviewers,the author finds that there are problems in the development and management of comprehensive practical activity resources in D primary schools,such as vague curriculum concepts,single resource structure,and inefficient resource management.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward the optimization strategy of curriculum resource development and management of primary school comprehensive practical activities from three aspects: curriculum resource development and management subject,curriculum resource development mechanism and curriculum resource management system,and strives to improve the development and management efficiency of primary school comprehensive practical activity curriculum resources through optimized management strategy,specifically: first,improve the ability of comprehensive practical activity curriculum resource development and management subject;Second,improve the mechanism for developing curriculum resources for comprehensive practical activities in primary schools;Third,establish a development-oriented management system for scientific curriculum resources.
