| Children’s conflict resolution ability is an important part of social adaptation in children’s mental health.Various methods used by children in the face of peer conflicts show their socialization level and social skills to a certain extent.Different intervention methods of teachers will affect children’s conflict resolution strategies.Scientific intervention and guidance can improve children’s thinking level and language development, and then promote children’s social development, develop conflict resolution ability, and improve children’s self-cognition.However,in life, teachers generally take the form of simple intervention to intervene, lack of scientific guidance for this peer conflict, and ignore the ability of children to deal with conflict. The academic study of "conflict" among children is more comprehensive, but the proposed teacher intervention strategy lacks the specific path to implement. In this paper, teachers can use the scenario simulation method to intervene in children’s peer conflict resolution strategies, expand the application of the scenario simulation method in the study of children’s conflict, explore the effectiveness of the teaching method to improve children’s conflict resolution strategies, and provide a new practical path for the development of children’s conflict resolution ability. In this study,60 children from the experimental class and the control class were selected for 8 weeks,8 scenarios and discussion.Through the test, the children proposed strategies and compared the changes after the experiment.Through participatory observation, the frequency of various strategies in the situation simulation was counted, and the strategies, emotions and language were recorded in detail. After adopting the scenario simulation method, the following conclusions are obtained: the middle class children tend to choose the strategy of compromise and appeal for help, and the conflict resolution method is relatively simple.Scenario simulation method can promote children’s application in cooperative negotiation strategy, explanation and negotiation, compromise strategy, and reduce the application of appeal strategy. The conclusions inspire educators that situational simulation method can be used as a teaching means to promote children’s peer conflict resolution strategies.Teachers should look at children’s peer conflicts objectively and analyze children’s peer conflict resolution strategies deeply.Teachers can also enrich children’s cognitive experience and use peer influence to improve children’s peer conflict resolution strategies. |
