Based on the rapid change of society,the continuous development of diversified economy,the family,school and other social environment are very different from the past,which caused the teenagers in the process of psychological growth is influenced by the social environment,especially in adolescent junior middle school students,the change of society makes junior high school students in the development of their independent personality system and adapt to society in the process of many difficulties.Here,this paper takes the perspective of student development theory as the starting point,and discusses the relationship between perceived pressure,developmental assets and social adaptation with the literature achievements of previous scholars and empirical data,and provides empirical guidance and inspiration for the design of subsequent psychological curriculum and educational development.Study 1 used the questionnaire method to evaluate the development resources(including internal development resources and external development resources),social adaptation and perceived pressure levels of 174 students.It was found that the development resources of junior high school students were significantly negative and perceived pressure;stress perception played an intermediary role between development resources and social adaptation,namely,development resources,internal development resources and external development resources,thus promoting the social adaptation of junior high school students.Study 2 for the intervention study of school-based psychological courses,with167 junior students as the research object,they randomly into the experimental group and control group,experimental group for two months of internal development resources intervention course(including interpersonal management,emotional management course,environmental adaptation course three parts),the control group to accept conventional psychological courses.Through independent sample t test and paired sample t test,it is found that the school-based psychological curriculum for adolescent internal development resources can improve the internal development resources of the experimental group,relieve the perceived pressure,and promote the social adaptation of adolescents.In conclusion,under the theoretical guidance of the development resource framework,this study reveals the relationship between adolescent development resources,perceived pressure and social adaptation and its intermediary mechanism,and develops school-based psychological curriculum accordingly,which has certain educational practical significance for improving the social adaptation of junior middle school students.
