Physical fitness is the basic guarantee for us to deal with various daily lives,and a good condition of physical fitness can enable us to complete various activities efficiently.However,high school students are in the transition period to the adult stage,which is a critical period of body development in their life.But in recent years,the body health condition of high school students in China has not been significantly raised,and the level of physical activity is low worryingly.In 2018,The Ministry of Education has constructed National Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)of High Schools in China(hereinafter referred to as "The2017 Edition Curriculum Standards")based on core literacies such as athletic ability.The 2017 Edition Curriculum Standards make physical fitness module a compulsory and mandatory subject,and propose in the teaching suggestions that "it is best to arrange about 10 minutes of physical fitness training in each lesson,including general physical fitness and specialized physical fitness content".This study used literature,expert interviews and experimental methods to sort out the domestic and international development of classroom physical fitness training,summarize design the gist and principles of physical fitness training program,and construct a 12-week classroom 10-minute physical fitness training program based on the sensitive period of body development of high school students and the actual conditions of schools.The program was modified,optimized,improved and fed back by interviewing experts.The experiment(students in the senior specialized class of basketball of Shenzhen Second Foreign Language School were used as the experimental subjects,two classes with 35 students each)was designed to test the effect of ten minutes of physical fitness training on the body health and specialized athletic ability of high school students,and to provide front-line physical education teachers with ideas and methods for designing physical fitness training,aiming to improve the effectiveness of physical education,and exploring feasible interventions to improve the body health of youth.This physical fitness training program is divided into three phases,one for each four weeks,with the first phase focusing on the development of cardiorespiratory endurance,the second phase on the development of muscular fitness,and the third phase combining the development of cardiorespiratory endurance with the content of muscular fitness.After twelve weeks of teaching intervention,the body function and fitness of the students in the experimental group were obviously improved,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Under the guidance of curriculum standards and related research results,a 12-week classroom ten-minute physical fitness training program was formulated.There is a distinguished effect on improving the performance of50-meter run,vital capacity,standing long jump,pull-up,and 1000-meter run in the senior specialized class of basketball of Shenzhen Second Foreign Language School.(2)The 10-minute classroom physical fitness training program designed in this study did not have significant effects on the physical fitness indexes and seated forward bend scores of the students in the senior specialized class of basketball.(3)After the experimental intervention,the experimental group had better scores in the academic level test,and the difference was in the test item " one-minute half-court dribble shot ",which was more affected by physical fitness,so it is assumed that the ten-minute classroom physical fitness training may promote students ’ specialized athletic ability.(4)Based on The 2017 Edition Curriculum Standards,the sensitive period of physical fitness development,the school’s existing venues and equipment,and the overall teaching arrangement of physical education courses,following the compensatory principle,step-by-step principle,interesting principle,specific principle,integrated principle,and differentiated principle,the scheme of ten-minute physical fitness training in the classroom can achieve good teaching effect.
