Junior high school is an important stage of rapid physical and psychological growth of teenagers,it will benefit for students to receive good health education,develop health awareness and healthy habits at this stage.The Outline of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan released in 2022 also points out,it is necessary to cultivate teachers’ and students’ health consciousness and life style,enhance teachers’ and students’ health awareness.Teachers should consciously integrate physiological health education into junior biology teaching.On the one hand,students’ interest in biology courses will be improved by designing course content based on life;On the other hand,it can influence students’ health concept and develop students’ healthy habits in the process of osmotic education.Firstly,this study summarizes the current situation of physical health education at home and abroad through literation,investigation method,introduces the ways and effects of school health education in the United States,Japan,Germany and Singapore,and summarizes China’s plans and measures to improve the national health quality.This study investigated physiological health knowledge,physiological health habits and safety skills of 572 seventh grade students in Benniu Junior high School through questionnaire,so as to understand the penetration status of health education for junior high school students.Summarize 20 junior high school teachers’ views on the feasibility and point out difficulties of infiltration of physiological health education in biology class through interview method.The results show that: the junior high school students have low physical health literacy,pay insufficient attention to physical health,not acquired healthy living habits and first aid skills,some teachers support infiltrating physical health education into biology classes,there is not enough time to support the infiltration of physical health education in biology classroom,and the infiltration teaching method needs to be improved.In view of the above problems,after discussion with colleagues and integration of internal and external resources,the author sorts out the knowledge points of permeable physiological health education in textbooks and makes corresponding permeable teaching cases for practical research.After the physical health questionnaire survey and the analysis of class performance data,the research results are as follows:(1)The current situation of students’ physiological health is not optimistic.Rural middle school students show low attention overall physiological health literacy,they are lack of basic physiological knowledge and consciousness and the formation rate of physiological health habits.(2)After a semester of physiological health osmosis education,students pay more attention to their physical health,students’ physiological health awareness,physiological health habits and safety skills have been improved.(3)Students’ attitude towards health has been improved,and they can independently understand relevant knowledge and correct their bad living habits.Students expect teachers to expand more health knowledge in classroom teaching.It can be seen that it is feasible to improve students’ physiological health literacy through the infiltration of biological health education.It is hoped that this study will provide reference for carrying out physiological health education in a large range and improve the health literacy of Chinese teenagers.
