Effect Of Two Week And Four Week Exercise Training Combined With Recovery Method On Male Postexercise Hypotension

Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Exercise training has been confirmed by existing studies to reduce resting blood pressure in normal people and hypertensive patients,and the reason for the decline in resting blood pressure is mainly due to the physiological phenomenon of hypotension after exercise.The rapid drop in blood pressure after exercise has a direct causal relationship with fainting after exercise,so how to alleviate the physiological phenomenon of sudden drop in blood pressure after exercise is one of the hot spots in human cardiovascular research today.Among them,exercise training and recovery methods have been envisioned by the existing literature as an effective means of preventing fainting after exercise,but the existing literature has not explored whether exercise training combined with recovery methods can alleviate the physiological phenomenon of hypotension after exercise.This study studies the effects of different cycles of exercise training combined with recovery methods on hypotension in men after exercise,and explores whether the physiological phenomenon of post-exercise hypotension can be improved by short-cycle exercise intervention combined with recovery methods,so as to provide experimental and theoretical basis and reference for the development and promotion of human cardiovascular health.Methods:1.Study subjects: 14 healthy adult males.2.Exercise program: The subject takes 40% of the difference between the maximum oxygen uptake and the anaerobic threshold as the exercise intensity,conducts power car training 5 times a week,each exercise time is 15 minutes,and a total of 4 weeks of training.3.Test indicators: The test indicators include human form indicators(weight,height,body fat percentage,muscle mass,BMI);cardiopulmonary function(cardiac ejection fraction,shortening rate,aortic internal diameter,maximum oxygen uptake);cardiovascular indicators(blood pressure,vascular elasticity,heart rate);blood biochemistry(hematocrit,hemoglobin content);Body temperature(rectal temperature,skin temperature).Results:1.Cardiopulmonary function index: After two weeks and four weeks of exercise training,the cardiac ejection fraction and shortening rate and maximum oxygen uptake of the subjects were significantly increased(P<0.05).2.Cardiovascular index: after two weeks and four weeks of exercise training,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure after exercise increased significantly compared with before intervention(P<0.05),and the increase in non-load pedaling from the post-exercise recovery mode was more significant than that of the sedentary recovery mode(P<0.05);Heart rate within 1hour of exercise decreased significantly after two weeks and four weeks of exercise training(P<0.05).3.Body temperature: rectal temperature within 1 hour after exercise decreased significantly after two weeks and four weeks of exercise training compared with before intervention(P<0.05);Skin temperature within 1 hour after exercise did not change significantly after two weeks of exercise training and increased significantly after four weeks compared with before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Two weeks of exercise training can improve the cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular functions of healthy adult men,promote cardiorespiratory and cardiovascular health,and reduce the harm of low blood pressure to human body after exercise;The effect of four weeks’ promotion and health promotion is better than that of two weeks,and can further reduce the harm of post exercise hypotension to human body on the basis of two weeks.2.The recovery mode of non load treading for healthy adult males after two or four weeks of exercise training combined with exercise can effectively avoid the occurrence of hypotension after human exercise;Exercise training and non load pedaling can be used as effective measures to prevent post exercise syncope.3.In terms of the influence mechanism of post exercise hypotension,through experiments and analysis,it is proved that the influence mechanism of human cardio pulmonary and cardiovascular functions,body temperature,skeletal muscle,and human subjective motor perception(RPE)on post exercise hypotension.
