| Outdoor independent sports is one of the important organizational forms of kindergarten movement.In order to have an in-depth understanding of the implementation of outdoor independent sports in kindergartens at the present stage,this study conducted questionnaire survey and interview among kindergarten teachers in Shanghai Baoshan,and found that there are the following problems in the implementation of outdoor independent sports in kindergartens:(1)Improper venue and time arrangement;(2)The implementation of teacher concept is not in place;(3)Plan making is divorced from reality;(4)Casual observation and guidance.In order to solve the existing problems,the researchers set up an action group and conducted the research with 2 teachers in each class and 1 class in each age group in B Kindergarten in Shanghai Baoshan through the action research method.The first round of action: rearrange the venue time,train the teachers’ idea,optimize the exercise plan,observation and guidance,make the venue time arrangement more reasonable,plan,observation and guidance more purposive,improve the children’s planning and enthusiasm,and find the problem of single gameplay of the delivery materials,no organic combination with large equipment,low efficiency of collective sharing;The second round of action: according to children’s needs to put materials,enrich sharing forms,stimulate children to play more with one thing,make the material put with hierarchy and combination,accelerate children’s experience improvement,but also noticed the low utilization rate of homemade materials,reflection adjustment is not targeted,no dynamic adjustment and other problems;The third round of action: guide children to participate in the production of materials,make reflection adjustment based on observation and analysis,enhance children’s interest in homemade materials,improve the effectiveness of adjustment,and promote children to be more independent.At the same time,it is found that there is no evaluation mechanism for children’s development.Based on this,education suggestions are given: kindergartens should(1)analyze the concept of "children’s development first" for teachers,and deeply understand the connotation of outdoor independent sports;(2)improve teaching and research cooperation,implement the concept into practice in mutual learning,and achieve common progress;(3)rationally arrange outdoor independent sports venues and time,and create a suitable environment for sports;Teachers should(1)develop exercise plans in line with children’s age characteristics based on the actual situation of children;(2)clarify the purpose of observation,record children’s behavior,and understand children’s exercise needs;(3)Grasp the opportunity to intervene,delegate power to children’s independent exploration,appropriately supplemented by positive guidance;(4)enrich the sharing methods,meet children’s desire to share,improve children’s enthusiasm;(5)According to children’s individual differences,Provide targeted adjustment measures to promote children’s personalized development. |
