| Due to the abstract nature of mathematics knowledge,it challenges preschool children who mainly think in images.Preschool children need to establish a mathematical cognitive system through direct perception,practical operation and personal experience.Therefore,mathematics corner activity has become one of the important ways in mathematics education.Under the background of attaching importance to deep learning,it puts forward higher requirements and challenges for teachers to apply mathematical corner materials and support children’s deep learning.In recent years,Deep Learning theory has received widespread attention.Deep Learning emphasizes problem-oriented,pays attention to children’s active participation and practical operation,and encourages children’s cooperation and communication with peers and teachers.Deep learning aims to improve children’s awareness and ability to solve problems and develop higher-order thinking,which is consistent with the core and goal of mathematics learning.Therefore,it is of great significance to combine deep learning theory with mathematics corner activities and explore the methods for teachers to use materials to support and promote children’s learning.The study took the class children in the kindergarten of S city where the researcher was located as the research object.Followed the theory of deep learning,and conducted a participatory observation on the interaction process of 31 children in the class with three kinds of mathematical corner materials in the mathematical corner.The research community formed by the researcher and the co-teacher F implements the practical research of deep learning theory in action by means of interviews,discussions,observation and records.The research shows that by using the game mechanism in the materials,children can be aroused to use the mathematical corner materials actively;The “multiple-play” of materials can enable children to have a richer learning in the activities;Pay attention to the accumulation and link of experience in the activities of mathematics corner,which can enable children to interact,learn and play more actively.The conclusions of this study are as follows: Analysis materials is the premise to promote children’s learning in mathematics corner;Interpersonal interaction is the key to promote children’s learning in mathematics corner;The openness of materials is a powerful guarantee to promote children’s learning in the mathematics corner;The theory of deep learning is an important breakthrough to promote children’s mathematics learning.Improving teachers’ professional competence is central to promoting early childhood learning. |
