First-class disciplines constitute first-class universities,and first-class universities influence regional innovation,forming a kind of interactive chain between disciplines,universities and regional science and technology innovation.In the contemporary era of deep integration and development of industry-universityresearch,the issue of synergistic development and interactive innovation mode among first-class disciplines,universities and urban regions has also triggered extensive discussions in academia and industry.This paper explores this kind of multi-subject interactive innovation model from several dimensions.In terms of theory and model,by sorting out the theoretical and model bases of science and technology innovation association among top-ranking disciplines,universities and urban areas,the concept of interactive innovation model in this paper is constructed on the basis of improving innovation ecosystem and other related theories.At the same time,the interaction process between first-class disciplines,universities and urban areas is portrayed by using nodes,links and multimodal networks,so as to explore the realization and application of the interactive innovation model.Specifically,we mainly use information/bibliometric methods,database application,data mining algorithms and combine with complex multimodal network model analysis to form a visual network and visualize the linkage mapping of the three.In the steps of theoretical exploration,framework building and model design,we gradually complete the discovery,identification and mapping of interactive innovation patterns,build up the network model foundation of relevant research,and realize the research support of objective social situation mapping.In terms of empirical research,this paper takes the second round of "double firstclass" construction disciplines,universities and their regions as the multi-type nodes of the network model,and refers to the core papers published in the InCites database within five years after the second round of "double first-class" evaluation.The bibliometric indexes in the InCites database are used to form the linkage weights that can measure the output,spillover and radiation effects in the interactive innovation process,and the standardized measurement design of discipline-region,disciplineuniversity and university-region location quotient is completed.While constructing the multi-level and multi-modal network of discipline-university-city region,the interaction level is quantified by designing the weighted network efficiency index,and the specific interaction status such as the support strength of first-class disciplines and the construction of first-class universities is measured.In terms of research conclusion and application practice,this paper summarizes the interaction mode of multiple subjects and single individual interaction level from two perspectives: at the city-region level,the interaction innovation of first-class disciplines-city-region based on geopolitical relationship can be roughly divided into "zone-pull type","balanced-co-construction type","discrete-consolidation type" and "discrete-consolidation type".At the city-region level,the top-notch discipline-cityregion interaction and innovation based on geo-regional relationship can be roughly divided into "zone-pull","balanced-collaborative","discrete-progressive" and other model types,and the corresponding model names are refined according to the differences of each city cluster in terms of characteristics.There are still limitations in the support strength of individual high-quality disciplines based on the interaction relationship,and the quantitative characteristics of interactive indicators of first-class disciplines based on information measurement in most urban areas show "output level > spillover level > radiation level".At the level of "double first-class" development,there is a certain degree of imbalance in the quantity and quality of "double first-class" construction in China,and the multi-category university alliances based on symbiotic disciplines can be used to highlight the characteristics of interdisciplinary and inter-university associations,including comprehensive,financial,electronic and communication,architecture,agriculture and forestry,and intersectional organizations.The interaction process and interaction level reflect the stratification of value performance of individual "double first-class" universities.In terms of total output,universities in medicine are most strongly supported by their superior disciplines,while universities in finance and economics and politics and law are outstanding in terms of spillover level,and the radiation range is led by some institutions in science and technology,comprehensive and special categories.In summary,it shows that the multi-subject layout in China in the perspective of firstclass disciplines tends to be polycentric and multipolar,and the multi-subjects collaborate to form a comprehensive radiation and characteristic support pattern,after which it should continue to strengthen in depth in terms of individual interaction performance.Using cross-sectional research methods,this paper provides a scientific method design and empirical analysis based on information measurement and network analysis for the construction of "double-class" and city-region interaction and innovation model in China from the aspects of theoretical model,empirical research and application practice,and contributes a basic reference for the empirical research of the interaction and innovation model among the three.It also provides a basis for the exploration of regional science and technology innovation development through the integration of "theory + empirical evidence + case study" perspective,and thus provides valuable reference suggestions for the competition of science and technology innovation interaction and innovation path selection in different regions in China. |
