A Study On The Application Of Jin Shengtan's Comments In The Reading Of The Whole Book Of "Water Margin

Since 2017,the Whole Book Reading has attracted a lot of attention.In high school,the Whole Book Reading of Outlaws of the Marsh is mainly from a single text “Lin Jiaotou snow mountain temple”.According to the existing research,there are still deficiencies in the Whole Book Reading of Outlaws of the Marsh.The analysis of the structure of the novel,character characteristics and grammar art is not deep enough.The systematic introduction of Jin Shengtan’s comments into the Whole Book Reading of Outlaws of the Marsh is not only convenient for students to learn from the excellent experience of the ancients in reading,but also can provide in-depth interpretation of the structure,characters and grammar of Outlaws of the Marsh.The research process focuses on combing and analyzing relevant literature,and summarizes the confluence of Jin Shengtan’s comments and the Whole Book Reading of Outlaws of the Marsh,which provides theoretical basis for the research.It is found that Jin Shengtan’s comments contain unique reading methods and narrative theory with Chinese wisdom,which can help students construct the method of reading Outlaws of the Marsh and grasp the essence of it.First of all,Jin Shengtan’s comments and the Whole Book Reading of Outlaws of the Marsh have accommodation in the reading process and reading methods.Quoting Jin Shengtan’s comments has the value of teaching and learning.It not only avoids teachers’ excessive interference in students’ reading and thinking,but also enriches teaching content and improves students’ reading participation and appreciation ability.Secondly,using Jin Shengtan’s comments in the Whole Book Reading is divided into “first reading”“intensive reading”“discussion”“display” four stages,respectively through the four reading methods of Jin Shengtan.They are “take it all up”“look for its skin”“the spirit of the reader” and appreciators re-creation.At the first reading stage,we should set up the consciousness of the overall structure and grasp the overall structure and narrative structure.In the intensive reading stage,we should carefully read and dissect the novel,analyze the character characteristics and understand the “grammar”.In the communication stage,we should mobilize the positive reading attitude,cultivate the consciousness of reflection and criticism,and focus on exploring the novel theme and discriminating the novel values.In the stage of display,students should give play to their potential of text re-creation by adapting and deducing novel fragments and writing character biographies.Finally,the application of Jin Shengtan’s comments to the Whole Book Reading of Outlaws of the Marsh not only stimulates students’ interest and constructs reading methods,but also promotes students to move from the book of Outlaws of the Marsh to the Chinese classical book;Before teaching,teachers need to select,deal with and supplement Jin Shengtan’s comment.They also need to pay attention to alleviate students’ fear of difficulties in Jin Shengtan’s comments and prevent students’ lazy dependence on comments.
