| In recent years,provinces have promulgated guidelines on the implementation of career education one after another,and the community is paying more and more attention to career education and the integration of general education and vocational education.Therefore,it is of profound practical value to consider the curriculum-based implementation of career education in junior high schools.Through literature combing,questionnaire survey,and teacher interview,this study understands the current situation of the implementation of career education in five schools in Huangpu District,Guangzhou,summarizes the main problems in its implementation,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally proposes relevant optimization strategies for the curriculum-based implementation of career education in schools.The chapter 1 clarifies the background of the study from three aspects: the educational needs of the times,the realistic needs of education and the development needs of students,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the study,then clarifies the research ideas based on the profound understanding of the existing research,and makes a clear understanding of the "career","career education" and "curriculum-based implementation" involved in the article.Then,we clarify the research idea based on the deep understanding of existing researches,explain the concepts of "career","career education" and "curriculum-based implementation" in detail,and finally determine the research method.The chapter 2 mainly uses the literature research method to sort out the main articles on career education and curriculum-based implementation of career education at home and abroad,so as to provide relevant reference and indicate the theoretical and practical directions for the orderly development of career education curriculum in the five junior high schools in this study.Based on the previous research experience,Chapter 3 uses questionnaires as the main focus,supplemented by interviews,to investigate the current situation of career education implementation in five junior high schools in Huangpu District,Guangzhou,and analyze the results.Descriptive analysis,difference analysis and correlation analysis are used to make a preliminary study on the career awareness level of junior high school students and the current situation of career education implementation in junior high schools.Chapter 4 combines the results of questionnaire analysis and interview findings to summarize the six main problems in the implementation of career education at the present stage,taking five schools in Huangpu District,Guangzhou City as examples: the ambiguous goal orientation of career education;the content of career education is too narrow or too general;the way of implementing career education is limited by time and space;the lack of evaluation mechanism of career education;the insufficient guarantee of implementing career education;and the poor effect of implementing career education.At the same time,we analyzed the causes of the problems in the implementation of career education from six aspects and finally concluded that: the lack of theoretical research and practical experience of local career education limits the comprehensiveness of setting career education goals in schools;the low degree of integration and promotion of high-quality curriculum resources limits the diversification and extension of career education contents;the curriculum system of test-based education hinders the diversified development of career education implementation channels;the lack of documentary policies and unified planning limits the development of career education evaluation mechanism.The lack of documents,policies and unified planning restricts the construction of career education evaluation mechanism;the limited financial support restricts the sound guarantee of career education implementation in schools;the deviation of career education value orientation affects the overall level of career education implementation.Chapter 5 is based on the above research and combined with international experience.It also provides specific methods for five junior high schools in Huangpu District,Guangzhou to successfully implement career education curriculum: first,optimize the goal setting of school career education curriculum and promote the return of the value of career education;second,extend the content of school career education curriculum and emphasize the value of people-oriented education.Secondly,the content of the school career education curriculum should be extended to emphasize the people-oriented approach;thirdly,the evaluation system of the career education curriculum should be established to improve its relevance and effectiveness;fourthly,the implementation channels of the school career education should be broadened to develop potential career education curriculum resources;fifthly,the guarantee system of the career education curriculum should be improved to mobilize the participation of all social sectors to form a synergy.We strive to break through the dilemma of implementing career education,obtain better quality career curriculum resources,and promote the smooth development of career education in junior high schools in the region,so as to guide students to learn to make their own choices and adapt to social changes. |
