Research background: taking drugs easy to destroy the normal physiology of human body and metabolism,cause great damage to the body,with the growth of the age of drugs,physiological disease gradually,more with chronic,infectious,mental illness,etc.,and even evolved into a variety of difficult to cure cancer,serious impact on the health of drug groups.The author by consulting sick addicts related literature,compare drug addicts health data and combined with daily service experience,found that there are a certain number of sick addicts in society,and has a trend of growth,the society has happen related to sick addicts accident,endanger the life safety of the public.Through the investigation of the drug addicts in the H area,the author found that the needs of health maintenance,daily care,emotional support,economic and medical assistance are prominent,and the current special medical assistance resources for the drug addicts are very limited.The existence of such a contradictory situation is not conducive to highlighting the "humanistic care" of the socialist society,but also brings a threat to social stability.Therefore,this study aims to explore the comprehensive service mode of sick addicts living in the community,through resource linkage,effective integration of medical and other social resources,provide comprehensive and diversified services,promote sick addicts better into society,reduce risk factors,and promote social harmony and stability.Research content: This study combines the practice and research of anti-drug social work into one,and carries out practical practice and theoretical research through the four cycles of problem discovery and definition,planning,action,summary and reflection.The research content is mainly to summarize the effective experience and analysis of the demographic characteristics,problems and needs,intervention mode,availability,social resources and matching of the comprehensive service mode of the sick and disabled drug addicts.Conclusion: For the assistance and assistance of the disabled drug addicts,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive service mode and comprehensive management and intervention from various levels,so as to effectively help the disabled drug addicts to cope with difficulties,improve the quality of life,maintain good drug rehabilitation ethics,and promote social stability.At the micro level,medical resources are linked to provide medical information,health management,medical assistance and other support to improve their health;Party and mass organizations and charitable foundations to provide material and psychological support to improve their social support and enhance their living motivation.At the middle level,government departments,medical institutions and social organizations have been linked to establish a medical community alliance cooperation mechanism to provide lectures,consultation and free medical services for the sick and disabled drug addicts.At the macro level,through advocacy,the government and the public are urged to give more attention and support,so as to provide the hope of survival for the sick and disabled drug addicts and their families,and jointly create a living environment without discrimination,equality and mutual assistance.
