| In 2014,the State Council issued the Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination Enrollment System,pointing out that the reform of the content of the college entrance examination should be continuously deepened,and the continuous optimization of the examination evaluation work is an important part of it.From the past examination syllabus to the examination and evaluation based on curriculum standards or academic quality is a hot issue in the field of education research at present,and the curriculum standard,which is the cornerstone of evaluation,is an important indicator to test the validity of China’s current examination and evaluation.Based on this,this study takes the "High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition and 2020 Revision)" as the main reference,combined with the physics part of the 2022 national volume,takes the physics test papers of Zhejiang,Beijing,Hainan,Liaoning,Jiangsu,and Guangdong who participated in the 2022 new college entrance examination as the research object,draws on the "’SEC’ consistency analysis paradigm",takes into account factors such as class time allocation and mandatory experiments,replaces the goal of independent operation skills with experimental questions,and builds localized "content themes × cognitive level" and a twodimensional matrix under the framework of "core literacy × literacy level" consistency analysis.According to certain division standards and statistical data,the use of computer software to study the content theme and cognitive level of the above-mentioned provincial and municipal physics volume and the curriculum standard,and the core literacy and its level and the consistency coefficient P of the national volume physics part.The main findings are as follows:(1)The consistency coefficient between the seven sets of self-proclaimed physics academic level graded examination papers and curriculum standards in six provinces and cities including Zhejiang Province was between 0.2833-0.4227,which was lower than the theoretical reference value of 0.7135.However,it is still unknown whether the theoretical reference value applies to China,if the average value of the previous research results is0.3171 as the actual reference value in China,the consistency rate of the seven sets of test papers and the curriculum standards is 71.73%;(2)In terms of subject coverage and cognitive level,there are certain differences between the seven sets of self-proclaimed physics academic-level graded examination papers and curriculum standards.The coverage of topics in each examination paper to the curriculum standard is between 65% and 75%,and the coverage of each paper is about 60%for the top five key topics in the curriculum standard;In terms of cognitive level,the level of "understanding" is mostly in the course standard,and there is relatively little "understanding",while in the test paper,"understanding" is mostly and "understanding" is less.At the level of "understanding" and "independent operation",the test paper is well consistent with the course standard;(3)The consistency between the self-proclaimed physics academic level examination papers of different provinces and cities and the national physics A paper in terms of core literacy × literacy level is low.Due to the difficulty in defining the literacy level of knowledge contained in the curriculum standards,the core literacy and its level tested by the physical part of the national paper and the provincial and municipal examination papers were analyzed consistently.The results show that in the research papers,there are two theoretical reference values,the highest is Guangdong B paper 0.8101,the lowest is Zhejiang paper0.5741,and the consistency coefficient of several other sets of test papers is lower than the theoretical reference value,but the difference is not far.In general,the examination of core literacy in several sets of college entrance examination papers and national physics A papers is mainly based on physical concepts and scientific thinking,and the consistency is relatively good.In terms of literacy level,the level of examination is mainly level 2,and level 3,level4,and level 1 are the least.In summary,as a test method with both standard reference and norm reference attributes,the high school physics level grading examination needs to be consistent with the content and academic quality requirements of the curriculum standards,and the goal is to develop students’ core literacy.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific test question and paper quality assessment method to support a scientific,rigorous,and systematic project of "propositions based on curriculum standards".In addition,the consistency between evaluation and curriculum standards should not only be reflected in the college entrance examination papers,but should be consistent,and in the daily teaching process,teachers should also strengthen their awareness and ability to implement teaching and academic evaluation based on curriculum standards,and integrate teaching evaluation in the field and throughout. |
