Mr.Liang Qichao said that "Chinese should be taught bundle by bundle,not article by article".Modern and contemporary prose is a classic literary style in Chinese teaching in middle school.Most of its selected texts are written by famous writers,which have the dual characteristics of classics and times.If the reading teaching is carried out according to the traditional way of single intensive lecture,the teaching effect can only stay in the level of recreational reading,unable to realize the qualitative leap of prose teaching.With the reform and development of educational needs,"mass reading" comes into being.As a new attempt of teaching reform,mass reading follows the concept of Chinese curriculum standards in junior middle school,and is a significant turning point in the development of reading teaching.The combination of modern and contemporary prose teaching and group reading in junior high school conforms to the basic law of Chinese education and teaching,is conducive to improving students’ core Chinese quality,and promotes the prose teaching in junior high school to a more efficient and beneficial direction.The content of the article is developed from the introduction and the main body.The introduction mainly expounds the research background,significance and current situation of this paper,and brings forward the research content and research methods of this paper.The main part of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly summarizes the teaching of modern and contemporary prose in junior high school from the perspective of group reading.Firstly,it defines the concept of group reading and modern and contemporary prose,then explains the theoretical basis,and finally points out the significance of carrying out the teaching of modern and contemporary prose reading.It can help teachers and students clearly understand the concept of group reading,so as to skillfully combine group reading with prose teaching.The second part analyzes the selection of modern and contemporary prose in the textbook.Firstly,it summarizes the number and category of selected texts,then analyzes the selection criteria and summarizes the specific arrangement characteristics of selected texts.This part effectively deepens the cognition of teachers and students on the selection of essays in textbooks.The third part investigates the teachers and students of the author’s practice school by means of questionnaire to understand the current situation of modern and contemporary prose teaching from the perspective of mass reading,and carries out attribution analysis on the collected data from the two levels of teachers and students,so as to understand the deficiencies in the current prose teaching in junior high school.The fourth part aims at the deficiencies in teaching and puts forward improvement strategies mainly from three aspects: topic setting,text organization and collective construction.It hopes that prose teaching can change the traditional teaching mode of single intensive lecture,apply group reading to daily teaching activities,and build a support and provide guidance for students’ prose learning.The fifth part takes Zong Pu’s modern and contemporary prose "Purple Vine Falls" as the central text to carry out the design of the teaching case of group text reading,aiming to present the specific teaching methods of group text reading in detail,and provide reference for teachers to carry out the teaching of modern and contemporary prose group text. |
