interests.The main content of group activities is sports events,and most students participate voluntarily.There are common sports concepts and goals among members[1].In recent years,there have been a large number of students enrolled in sports counseling institutions in society.There has been a strange phenomenon that they can learn nothing in physical education classes at school and spend money to learn sports skills in society.The country has been working around the physical condition of students,creating a practical environment for students’sports learning in accordance with local conditions,and student sports associations can effectively enhance students’interest in learning,Various associations can relieve students from the heavy learning pressure,teach students the skills of physical exercise,and form a habit of lifelong exercise.At the same time,associations also provide a medium for student communication and promote student socialization.However,due to the insufficient variety and novelty of sports club projects,small space for students to choose from,conservative concepts,lack of scientific understanding of sports clubs,insufficient attention paid by leaders,and various pressures from schools,society,and families,schools focus on students’cultural learning,and even some schools suppress the development of sports clubs.Some extracurricular sports activities are also crowded out,lacking the frequency of external exchanges and opportunities for external display,The system is not perfect enough,due to loose management and lack of constraints such as the construction of student club cadres,it is urgent to effectively develop junior high school sports clubs.Research methods;This article mainly uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,and interview to analyze and study the research content.Influenced by the prevention and control policies of COVID-19,some schools can not carry out field research work,but can only make field visits to some schools to really understand the actual situation of sports associations,and communicate and exchange with relevant personnel,further enrich the development status and actual problems of sports associations,provide theoretical basis for the development of sports associations,and provide guidance for the effective operation of sports associations of junior high school students in Fuping County.Research conclusions:1.The current situation of junior high school sports associations in Fuping County is good,and the urban area is better than the township,but there are also a few schools that do not carry out sports association activities.There are many and innovative community projects in urban areas,such as red boxing,tai chi,sports dance,etc.Many schools have incorporated the local traditional project,Laomiao Laogu,into their sports clubs,and a few schools have opened a unique project in northern Shaanxi,Ansai Waist Drum.The frequency of the activity is mainly twice a week,and the duration is 40-90 minutes each time.2.The organizational form of junior high school sports associations in Fuping County is basically the same,and the organizational form of local sports associations is mainly divided by students’interests or grades.3.The venues and facilities of junior high school sports clubs in Fuping County cannot meet the needs of sports clubs.The funds for sports clubs mainly come from students’contributions,and the funds are mainly used to guide teachers’class fees,maintain venues and facilities,and purchase equipment.4.The guiding teachers of junior high school sports associations in Fuping County come from physical education teachers of the school,with male teachers mostly female teachers,and the age is mainly concentrated in young and middle-aged teachers.The education background is mainly undergraduate,and the guiding teachers of the associations lack opportunities for outside training.5.There are
