Study On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Special Pe Students In Fuping County

The policy of the integration of physical education has clarified the direction of the development of physical education in schools.Under the new historical condition,sports integration is an important measure to strengthen school sports work,promote quality education and promote youth training for our country to cultivate outstanding sports reserve talents,in order to further push our country from sports power to sports power.Middle school is in a key stage of training reserve sports talents,however,there is still a big gap between our country’s junior high sports development and western countries.In this paper,the study object is the present situation of special PE students in Fuping County.The survey results show that the composition of junior high school sports special students in Fuping County is single,the purpose of students to participate in sports special students is mainly for college admission,students participate in training more times but less time,the school’s field equipment basically meets the training needs of most students,sports special students are the main force to participate in various sports competitions,some schools lack cloakrooms and indoor training rooms.Some school strength training room is not open to sports special students;In Fuping County,students with special physical education in junior middle schools have a correct attitude towards learning cultural courses,and their learning form is mainly based on scattered class learning.Most students with special physical education in rural junior middle schools rank in the middle of the class.The coaches of special physical education students in Fuping County have high basic quality,but their teaching tasks are heavy,their training remuneration is not clear,and their training enthusiasm is not high.However,the coaches will make corresponding training plans according to the training projects,and the school has few professional training arrangements for them.In Fuping County,most of the substitute teachers of the culture course for special students in junior middle school expressed their support for the training mode combined with learning and training,but they showed little performance in practical work and paid little attention to the psychological counseling and growth of special students in physical education.In Fuping County,there are only basketball,football and track and field three sports for special sports students enrolled in ordinary high schools.The only standard requirement for special sports students is height.The content of the test is completely consistent with that of the high school examination,and the scoring method is completely consistent.The research shows that Fuping County junior high school sports special students training work to achieve effective development.First of all,it is necessary to construct the training system of sports special students in line with the school and the fair and just selection system of sports special students,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the good development of junior high school sports special students in Fuping County.Secondly,we should vigorously publicize the special students in junior high school,so that the society,parents and teachers can understand and support the development of this special group.Finally,absolute fairness and justice should be guaranteed in the process of training,selection and recruitment of sports special students,so that parents and students can voluntarily participate in the series of sports special students,so that they can see the hope of future development on the road of sports special students.
