The eternal theme and fundamental question of education has always been "what kind of people to train and how to train them".As the culture and values of society become more and more diverse,strengthening moral education has become an inherent requirement of the changing times.Primary school students are the future force of the motherland,and their moral cultivation determines the moral level of the country as a whole in the future,so they should become the key target of moral education.This paper is based on the principle of fully respecting the subjective development of students,starting from moral building,and seeks to explore the unique theoretical and practical experience of moral education in the context of "five education integration",so as to provide reference for other primary schools in China to carry out moral education work.The study found that first and foremost moral education in the broad sense The core concepts are reshaping national spirit and core values,constructing a field of legitimate authority and focusing on the development of personality factors.In the new era,the goal of moral education is to comprehensively promote the fundamental task of building moral character and promoting the internal development of primary and secondary schools with a focus on nurturing people.It aims to establish good moral character among young people,solve problems such as the pressure of exam-oriented education and students’ psychological and emotional problems,shape students’ character,cultivate their core qualities and build a basic education model that integrates knowledge and action.Education does not happen overnight,and students will not be moulded into a uniform mechanical community,but follow the objective law of development,allowing students to be encouraged to develop independently,learn to learn,learn to live,learn to respect and learn to innovate in order to shape their good character;secondly,deep into the development of the character characteristics of the two primary schools,a case study of the depiction of the life of moral education in schools under the understanding of their policy documents theory The comparison and exploration of the current situation of implementing moral education in six aspects: educational philosophy,curriculum development,campus culture,practical activities,teaching and research management,and home-school collaboration,respectively.The main dilemmas faced are the lack of perfection in the content and form of the curriculum,the lack of management of cultural activities on campus,and the lack of space for the development of moral education,and the analysis of the four levels of teachers,management,parents and society.The factors affecting the dilemmas are analysed from four levels: teachers,management,parents and society.Finally,the two primary schools have developed a series of distinctive experiences in the process of active practice,which have the potential to be widely promoted and further transformed and created.On this basis,three suggestions are made to improve the quality of moral education construction in primary schools based on the contemporary context of the integration of the five education systems: firstly,to improve the incentive system and support system for teachers;secondly,to enhance the participation and training of parents in moral education;and thirdly,to create a good social atmosphere and field for moral education,so as to further highlight the important role of moral education construction and strive to cultivate outstanding talents for schools and society.
