In the vision of gender culture, people are divided into male and female according to biological sex.Men have always been in the dominant position while women are in a subordinate position.Gender inequality consequently leads to unequal social status between men and women.During the period of traditional media, women lacked autonomy and had limited channels to defend their rights, resulting in the majority of women being oppressed, trained and defined by society. With the continuous development of network technology, numerous hot events and online variety shows discussing gender culture have emerged.Among them,"The Talk Show Conference " has stood out in various popular online variety shows, pushing the discussion of gender culture to the forefront of online public opinion. This article mainly uses gender stereotypes and discourse theory to discuss five parts. The first part is the introduction section, which mainly outlines the background and significance of the research, the content and key issues to be addressed, the research methods and innovations, and a summary of relevant research at home and abroad. In the second part, feminist development status and characteristics are elaborated in detail. The third part focuses on "The Talk Show Conference " and mainly uses case analysis and textual analysis methods to explore the feminist content involved in the actors, texts, and audiences in the show through data charts. The fourth part explores the discourse construction of feminism in the program from the perspective of discourse construction. The fifth part draws conclusions from the detailed study of the program’s cases and textual content, showing that " The Talk Show Conference " plays an important role in reversing the status of women and promoting gender equality.Viable response strategies are proposed for how to continue to defend women’s rights in the future.
