| As the carrier of revolutionary culture,revolutionary cultural works bear the important mission of value establishment and cultural inheritance in Chinese teaching,and are increasingly valued by teachers.How to teach revolutionary cultural works well and play their role has become a major issue for teachers.However,the actual teaching of revolutionary cultural works is not ideal.Problems such as vague teaching orientation,solidified teaching methods,and misunderstanding make it difficult to effectively reclaim the fertile land of revolutionary cultural works.Teachers are in urgent need of new inspiration to support the era task of revolutionary culture education.Romantic cognition is one of the five cognitive systems proposed by Canadian scholar Kieran Egan.Starting from the cognitive changes brought about by language development and according to the cognitive characteristics of individuals at different stages,he created rich cognitive tools to inject vitality into teaching innovation.From the perspective of romantic cognitive theory,this study integrates the tools under the cognitive system into the teaching of revolutionary cultural works in junior high school,and attempts to explore the specific strategies of teaching revolutionary cultural works from the perspective of romantic cognition,so as to provide effective ideas for changing the teaching status of revolutionary cultural works.Since the concept of "cultural self-confidence" and "three major socialist cultures" was put forward,the study of revolutionary cultural works is in the ascendant,and the discussion of what is "revolutionary cultural works" has been disputed by various parties.From the perspective of the development and evolution of Chinese culture,revolutionary culture,based on the excellent traditional culture,was born at the time of national crisis.Therefore,the revolutionary cultural works should include the literature that has embodied the revolutionary tradition since the Opium War.Such works account for a large proportion of the textbooks compiled by the junior high school department.The overall selection and compilation shows the characteristics of extensive period,overall penetration,diversity of forms and content cohesion.While meeting the psychological needs of students under romantic cognition,it also provides a grasp for the application of romantic cognitive tools.Romantic cognition is a summary of the thinking characteristics and cognitive styles of children aged 7 to 14(15)years old.Its core ideas are discussed in Vygowski’s cognitive intermediary theory,New Vygowski’s cognitive tool theory and Kieran Egan’s cognitive tool theory.There are seven cognitive tools under the system,whose connotation is in line with the characteristics of revolutionary cultural works,and reflects the rationality of "romantic cognition" applied to the teaching of revolutionary cultural works.In the teaching of revolutionary cultural works,"romantic cognition" has a value perspective that cannot be ignored.For teachers,romantic cognitive theory can reshape their cognition of revolutionary texts,thus promoting the innovation of teaching methods.From the perspective of students,its application can stimulate students’ thinking potential and promote their understanding of the revolutionary spirit.Focusing on teaching,the teaching design model proposed by romantic cognition guides teachers to focus on the core quality of heroes and help them break through the teaching difficulties caused by vague objectives.In the teaching of revolutionary cultural works,teachers should try to carry out teaching design from the perspective of "romantic cognition",take "following the students’ cognitive rules","highlighting the extensibility of thinking","emphasizing the activation of imagination" and "emphasizing the establishment of cultural identity" as the implementation principles,and consciously apply the seven romantic cognitive tools to classroom teaching.According to teaching practice and tool connotation,romantic cognitive tools can be refined into a variety of different strategies and methods.From the perspective of "reality limitation and extreme experience","sense of reality" and "sense of extreme" are good grippers for design teaching;In terms of "heroism association",key sentences and multi-dimensional reading are effective means for students to feel heroic qualities;When using "surprise",word arrangement and punctuation selection are the starting points for mining surprise elements;When "changing the background",historical scenes,life scenes and novel scenes can bring different content experiences to students;With the help of the tool of "humanistic connotation of knowledge",abstract words and revolutionary images are the incisions for students to understand the revolutionary spirit;Using the "collection and hobby" tool,teachers can design collection tasks,series teaching and theme activities to deepen students’ understanding of text and culture;Focusing on the "written eye" tool and integrating written tools and video materials into teaching is a feasible way to enrich students’ revolutionary feelings.Inspired by the romantic cognitive tools,teachers can develop more teaching strategies to apply to the actual classroom,maximize students’ cognitive functions,and constantly deepen students’ emotional cognition and spiritual understanding of revolutionary cultural works. |
