The reform of "three educations" is the reform of teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods,and the reform of "three educations" is an important measure to promote the refo rm of vocational education,and an important entry point for vocational colleges to improve the quality of running schools and the quality of talent training.Secondary vocational schools are also actively exploring teaching methods to promote the reform of the curriculum "three teachings" and cultivate modern tour guide talents,and the secondary vocational simulation tour guide course is a supporting practical course to achieve seamless connection between talent employment and enterprise needs,and task-driven teaching can effectively improve students’ vocational core ability and effectively stimulate the teaching initiative of "dual-teacher" teachers,so the practice of task-driven teaching in the middle vocational simulation tour guide course will be promising.This study uses literature research and questionnaire interview method to summarize and attribute the current practical problems in the construction of teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods and other systems in tourism management and service majors of secondary vocational schools,and conducts process design and practical reflection on the application of task-driven teaching to middle-level simulated tour guide course,and the results show that task-driven teaching can effectively provide guiding ideas for simulated tour guides "who will teach,what to teach,and how to teach",and promote the reform of "three teachings" in secondary vocational schools.This research is divided into six parts: the first part is to review the current situation of the "three teachings" reform,task-driven teaching and practical teaching research at home and abroad through the literature research method;The second part is to define theories and concepts such as "three teachings" reform and task-driven teaching under the guidance of constructivist learning theory,pragmatism theory,multiple intelligence theory,and "discovery-cognition" theory.The third part is based on conducting student questionnaires and teacher interviews in secondary vocational schools,collecting and summarizing the survey results,focusing on the current "three teachings" problems in the secondary vocational tourism management and service major,and analyzing the appropriateness of the task-driven teaching of secondary vocational simulated tour guide.The fourth part takes the middle vocational Simulated Tour Guide course as an example for systematic analysis,and innovatively puts forward the action logic,process design and activity design of task-driven teaching based on the "three teachings" reform.The fifth part is to design teaching examples for tourism management and service major of Jinan S School,and implement the task-driven teaching experiment of Simulated Tour Guide course;Part VI summarizes the shortcomings and prospects of this study.Through the implementation effect of teaching practice,it is concluded that task-driven education based on the reform of "three teachings" should pay attention to the optimal combination of "task-driven" and multiple teaching methods.Focus on multiple tasks and deepen the cultivation of vocational teaching materials;Pay attention to the role change of "dual-teacher" teachers and improve the dual professional and dual literacy.
