As an important part of basic education,primary education has become the focus of people’s attention because of its starting position.Because of the young age,mental immaturity and other reasons,primary school students need more guidance and co-education from family,school and society.In order to promote the healthy and happy growth of primary school students,it is urgent for families,schools and society to reach an educational consensus and form a joint educational force.Based on the overlapping influence threshold theory and participatory management theory,this study adopts questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate and analyze the current situation of the cooperation between primary school and academic school in He ze City from four aspects: the understanding of home-school cooperation between the two sides,the content,form and system of the cooperation,the effect evaluation and the reasons for the obstruction of the cooperation.The problems existing in home-school cooperation in A Primary School are analyzed.And put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.The results show that there are some problems in home-school cooperation in urban primary schools,such as weak awareness of home-school cooperation,unsound content of home-school cooperation,single form of home-school cooperation and fuzzy goal of home-school cooperation.Fuzzy self-positioning,lack of professional training,lack of innovation in home-school cooperation forms,and unsound home-school cooperation system are the reasons for the problems of home-school cooperation in urban primary schools.It is an effective way to improve the home-school cooperation in urban primary schools by strengthening the cooperation consensus between the two sides,broadening the contents of the cooperation,innovating the forms of the cooperation and perfecting the system of the cooperation. |
