With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology, more and more scientific professional training methods are updated. The level of modern competitive sports is constantly improving, and athletes need to continuously improve and improve their competitive technical skills to meet the needs of spectator and competitive competition in competitive sports. As a modern competitive sport dominated by motor skills and skills, sanda puts forward high requirements for athletes’ strength, speed, endurance and physical balance.Sanda whip technique as an important part of sanda technical action,is an important scoring means in competitive competition, according to the relevant statistics of the use of sanda technical action on the field, whip leg technical action accounted for 40%,and whip leg technical action KO rate is very high,so the whip leg technique training should be paid enough attention. In particular, the striking ability and striking speed of non-dominant legs of sanda athletes are relatively poor, and it is necessary to explore different training methods to improve the striking ability and speed of non-dominant leg whipping legs.As a relatively new sports psychological theory, goal orientation theory has played a certain role in other sports, which mainly refers to intervening in the psychological state and response of the human body, setting goal orientation to guide athletes to undergo corresponding changes and progress in sports training. The training of non-dominant legs is mainly to improve the speed, stability and balance of athletes. In this study,20 students of the Sanda Special Class of the Department of Folk Communication of the College of Physical Education of Shandong Normal University were randomly selected as experimental subjects by literature method, image analysis method,on-site observation method, mathematical statistics method, and experimental method, and were evenly divided into experimental group and control group according to the physical indicators of the selected students. The experimental group intervened through target-oriented theory training, the experimental cycle was 12 weeks, two training sessions per week and controlled experimental conditions; The control group was trained according to the school’s existing sanda training plan.Through a period of teaching experiments, the test data before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed and it was found that: 1.Through the comparative analysis of the data related to the whip leg strike speed of the front and rear legs of the experimenter,it was found that the hind leg took shorter time to complete each stage of the whip leg than the front leg,and the average displacement speed, fall speed and instantaneous speed in the whip leg blow were faster than the front leg,so the whip leg action of sanda in the positive posture is the dominant leg of the strike speed, and the front leg is the non-dominant leg of the whip leg strike speed;2.After 12 weeks of training,it was found that the whip speed of the control group and the experimental group were improved. However, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the application of target orientation theory is effective in the training of sanda non-dominant leg whip strike speed;3.The application of target orientation theory in sanda whip leg is affected by many factors, and target orientation theory should pay attention to the collection of the psychological state of the trainer and timely feedback in training, and at the same time,it should be based on the psychological endurance of the trainer to reasonably set the target orientation, and its implementation process should be " Athlete psychological information collection-setting target orientation-sports training-sports supervision-information feedback-reorientation".
