Law and Life,as the optional compulsory module textbook of the new edition of the ideological and political unified compilation of senior high school,will be officially used in the autumn semester of 2020.The purpose of this textbook is to help students understand the application of law in daily life,cultivate students’ legal awareness and rule of law ideology,and enable students to deal with and solve legal problems in a scientific way.Therefore,whether the ideological and political teachers can correctly analyze,interpret and use the teaching materials is of great significance to cultivate students’ core quality of ideological and political discipline and achieve the overall goal of discipline teaching.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the research status,as well as the research methods and innovations.The second part is the theoretical overview of the ideological and political textbook and the textbook Law and Life.On the basis of defining the textbook,the unified textbook and its teaching status,this paper expounds the value of the textbook Law and Life in the ideological and political textbook and the theoretical and practical basis of the textbook research.The third part is a comprehensive analysis of the textbook Law and Life.The compilation concept,basic framework and main characteristics of the textbook are comprehensively sorted out.The fourth part is the dilemma in the teaching use of the textbook Law and Life.Through interviews with teachers who have completed the first round of teaching tasks,the difficulties encountered by teachers in teaching time,knowledge storage,teaching language conversion,and teaching activities in the use of textbooks are summarized.The fifth part is the teaching strategy of the textbook Law and Life.In view of the teachers’ confusion in the use of the textbook Law and Life,this paper puts forward the basic principles of the teaching use of the textbook,and on this basis,puts forward targeted solutions from the perspectives of textbook study,textbook processing,textbook presentation,and reflection on the textbook.With a view to improving the efficiency of teachers’ use of the textbook,so as to achieve the overall goal of ideological and political teaching.
