In the "Art Curriculum Standards"(2022 edition)promulgated by the Ministry of Education,the core competencies to be cultivated by art disciplines are established as four aspects: aesthetic perception,artistic expression,cultural understanding,and creative practice.Music discipline is not only an important part of art discipline,but also one of the important courses for students to receive aesthetic education,how to implement the cultivation task of students’ core literacy in music courses,and promote the development and promotion of aesthetic education is an issue that every front-line music teacher needs to pay great attention to.In order to better solve the above situation,this paper is based on the music teaching design,and based on the cultivation of students’ core literacy and the needs of music courses,this paper proposes the use of the overall teaching design concept of the unit.Through the analysis of the research status and current research results of this topic at home and abroad,this paper discusses the basis and significance of the overall teaching design of the music unit and the design process of the overall teaching design of the music unit,and presents the specific teaching design of the fifth unit of the seventh grade lower volume "Minor Key Collection" as an example,and puts forward suggestions for the use of the overall teaching design of the music unit,so as to strive to combine the concept of the overall teaching design of the unit with the music discipline to better play the advantages of the music discipline.Cultivate students’ core competencies.This article contains five parts,the first of which is an introduction.It mainly focuses on the research background,the reason for the topic selection,the research significance,the research status,the concept definition,the research method,the innovation point of the paper,etc.,and systematically and comprehensively sorts out the theoretical preparation in the early stage of the paper.Chapter 2 is the basis and value of the overall teaching design of the junior high school music unit.Based on the theoretical and practical aspects,the basis of the overall teaching design of the music discipline application unit is discussed.The value expounds the importance of the overall teaching design of the music subject application unit to cultivate students’ core literacy and help students establish a knowledge system.Chapter 3 is about the design process of the overall teaching design of the junior high school music unit,and this paper constructs the general process of the overall teaching design of the music unit based on the theoretical basis of the overall teaching design of the unit and the characteristics of the music discipline.The process includes establishing the unit teaching theme,analyzing the content of the teaching materials and the students’ learning situation,formulating the unit teaching objectives,clarifying the key and difficult points of unit teaching,dividing the unit lesson time plan,designing the unit teaching evaluation method,designing the unit teaching process,and summarizing the overall teaching design of the unit.Chapter 4 takes the fifth unit of the seventh grade music textbook "Collection of Minor Keys" as an example to write the specific teaching design content,this chapter from the perspective of the unit as a whole,the unit is divided into three lesson hours,the three lessons from "understanding" minor key to "in-depth" minor key to "sublimation" minor key layer by layer,systematically combing the teaching design content of this unit;Chapter 5 provides design suggestions for the issues that should be paid attention to in the design process of the overall teaching design of music units.Through the combing and writing of the above five parts,this paper clearly presents the research process and results of the overall teaching design of the junior high school music unit,and enriches the relevant research content of the overall teaching design of the junior high school music unit.
