Mathematics Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High School(2017 edition)put forward the core literacy of mathematics subject,and intuitive imagination literacy as one of the six core literacy,its importance is self-evident.What is the level of visual imagination literacy of senior high school students? What problems do students have in the learning process of solid geometry and the teaching process of teachers? How do teachers integrate the connotation of visual imagination literacy into the teaching process to cultivate students’ visual imagination literacy? In view of this,this thesis adopts the methods of testing,questionnaire and interview to carry out indepth research on the above issues.This study uses literature analysis,test volume method,questionnaire method,interview method,data analysis method and other methods.According to the manifestation form of visual imagination literacy and the requirements of curriculum standards,the thesis divides the structure dimension and level dimension of visual imagination literacy,determines the evaluation framework of visual imagination literacy,selects the three-dimensional geometry content closely related to visual imagination literacy as the carrier,and prepares a test thesis to investigate the level of students’ visual imagination literacy.In addition,student questionnaires and teacher interview questionnaires were compiled to further understand the problems existing in the process of student learning and teacher teaching.Based on the survey results and analysis,the cultivation strategy of intuitive imagination literacy was proposed.Finally,based on the cultivation strategy and combined with the three-dimensional geometry content,the teaching case of "Straight Line and plane Vertical" was given.In this study,students from a high school in Jinan,Shandong Province are selected as the research objects,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall level of students’ visual imagination literacy is low,more than 90% of students can reach level 1,more than one-third of students can reach level 2,less than 5% of students can reach level 3,and nearly one tenth of students did not reach level 1;Moreover,the level of visual imagination literacy has a significant positive correlation with the learning performance of stereoscopic geometry;(2)From the perspective of visual imagination literacy,students perform best in the combination of number and form,followed by geometric intuition,and worst in spatial imagination;(3)Students generally have the consciousness of combining number and form in the process of doing problems,but the understanding of intuitive imagination quality is not in place;Students have great cognitive difficulties in the learning process of solid geometry and have not established a good solid geometry cognitive structure.They are not willing to think about problems such as existence problems and folding problems in solid geometry,and they are afraid of difficulties.They are not strong in exploring awareness and learning initiative.Students’ spatial imagination ability is weak,and they are used to drawing space imagination.More than one third of the students had difficulty in language conversion and could not perform spatial imagination according to language description;(4)Most of the teachers have the consciousness of integrating the number and form into the classroom.More than one third of the teachers have the habit of using information technology to teach.Traditional blackboard teaching is also very popular among students.However,some teachers do not have a clear understanding of intuitive imagination literacy and can not master the use of mathematical software.Based on the analysis of the survey results,this thesis puts forward five strategies for the cultivation of visual imagination literacy:(1)cultivating the sense of inquiry Knowledge,improve learning initiative;(2)Guide students to correctly perceive and establish the stereogeometric cognitive structure;(3)Build a space model with the help of real objects in life;(4)Penetrate the connotation of intuitive imagination literacy and cultivate good habits;(5)The teaching method combining traditional teaching and information technology is adopted.
