| In the new era,the rapid social and economic development of China has put forward higher requirements for tourism practitioners.In December 2022,the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening the Construction and Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System,requiring that the promotion of the high-quality development of modern vocational education be placed in a more prominent position,and more high-quality skilled personnel,skilled craftsmen,and craftsmen in large countries be cultivated.In order to create high-quality skilled talents,the state vigorously promotes the spirit of craftsmen and requires craftsman spirit education to generally enter the classroom of secondary vocational education,but in reality,secondary vocational schools do not pay enough attention to craftsman spirit education,resulting in students’ lack of craftsman awareness,unskilled knowledge and skills,and lack of professional quality.The secondary vocational simulated tour guide course is the core course of the tour guide service major,focusing on the cultivation of students’ tour guide service ability and craftsman spirit literacy,but the survey found that there is a situation of "heavy skills,light literacy" in the actual teaching,in order to improve this educational status,the author chose a theme-based teaching mode with a high degree of combination with the concept of craftsman spirit,hoping to improve the teaching quality of the middle vocational simulated tour guide course through the combination of the two,and cultivate high-quality skilled talents in the context of the new era.This thesis using the questionnaire survey method,interview method,experimental research method,based on the secondary simulation tour guide course teaching situation,stick to the problems of the implementation of curriculum spirit education,from the theoretical basis,theme,teaching objectives,theme material selection,theme teaching activity design,theme teaching evaluation six elements,built based on the theme of the spirit of teaching mode,strive to put the spirit concept into the elements,in the student knowledge skills education at the same time,realize the craftsman spirit education.In order to test the effectiveness of the thematic teaching mode,this thesis adopts the quasi-experimental research method,set up the experimental class and the control class for experimental research.After the experiment,the results of the experimental class and the control class are analyzed,and the effectiveness of the thematic teaching mode is verified through questionnaire survey and teacher interview.Through the above analysis,this thesis concludes that the theme-based teaching mode constructed based on the concept of craftsman spirit has a good application effect,improves students’ classroom participation and learning effect,the experimental class performance is significantly higher than that of the control class,and the students’ knowledge and skills and craftsman spirit literacy have been significantly improved,This shows that the theme-based teaching mode based on the concept of craftsman spirit can improve the teaching status of the secondary vocational simulated tour guide course to a certain extent,and help the simulated tour guide course realize its due value.At the same time,in order to better use the theme-based teaching mode,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: strengthen students’ classroom management and establish a simulated tour guide training room,and continuously strengthen students’ craftsmanship literacy. |
