Research On Student Financial Aid In Provincial Undergraduate Universities

Education is the foundation and the foundation of a strong country.With the increasing demand for high-level professional talents in China,colleges and universities are also expanding the enrollment scale of students,and the number of students from poor families in colleges and universities has increased accordingly,which has become a prominent problem in the education management of colleges and universities.In order to solve the study and life problems of students from poor families in colleges and universities,the state has issued a series of financial aid policies to ensure that students with financial difficulties can successfully complete their studies.However,with the diversified development of the society,students from poor families have become more and more pressure in life,spirit and psychology,and the demand for ideological guidance,knowledge,skills,and quality improvement is increasing.Simple financial aid has been difficult to help them out of various difficulties.Therefore,the precision of university funding work and how to better realize the educational function have become the focus and difficulty of the current work.In order to further promote the effective implementation of the financial aid policy in universities,this paper focuses on the issue of student financial aid in provincial undergraduate universities.In this paper,we use questionnaire survey and interview survey to study undergraduate student funding.First of all,sort out the research status of college student financial aid at home and abroad,and find the effectiveness and deficiency of the existing research.Select the theoretical basis suitable for this paper to make sufficient preparation for the research;secondly,based on the questionnaire data in the results of the interview,the understanding of the object of student financial aid is vague,and the innovative form of student financial aid is insufficient.The reasons for the above problems are complicated,the author analyzes the four aspects of insufficient participation of social forces,insufficient funding education,weak,and inadequate student funding system.Finally,the feasibility of the following points,strengthen the cooperation of funding education subjects,deepen the concept of funding education,optimize the supervision mode,real-time dynamic management,improve the funding education system,and build a diversified governance pattern.
